34. Public and criminal law according to the conciliar code of 1649
Public law according to the Code provided for:
1) Ch. 1 Уложения - царская власть брала под защиту христианское
вероучение;
2) Ch. 2 "О государской чести и как его государево здоровье оберегать"
подразделяется на 2 части - против государственной чести и против здоровья
(умысел на здоровье, различные виды измены царю и государству, заговор против
царя и воевод на местах). Государственные преступления - любые действия,
направленные против личности государя или его семьи (измена, заговоры, сношения
с врагом). По таким преступлениям ответственность предусматривалась не только в
отношении лица, его совершившего, но и в отношении его родственников и близких;
3) Ch. 3 "О государеве дворе, чтоб на государеве дворе ни от кого
никакого бесчинства и брани не было";
4) Ch. 4 "About subscriptions and which seals are forged";

The Council Code did not provide for definitions of the concept crime,
т. е. противоправность деяния не была четко определена. Однако под преступлением
понималось нарушение царской воли и закона.
The most complete presentation: преступления против собственности
(татьба простая и квалифицированная, разбой и грабеж обыкновенный или
квалифицированный, мошенничество, поджог, насильственное завладение чужим
имуществом, порча чужого имущества); должностные преступления и преступления
против порядка управления (взятка, вынесение ложных приговоров, подделка
документов, лжеприсяга, нарушение порядка судопроизводства и т. д.).
As the subjects of crimes признавались представители всех
сословий. Преступники делились на главных и второстепенных. Среди физических и
интеллектуальных соучастников выделялись пособники, попустители, недоносители,
укрыватели. За случайные деяния наказание не устанавливалось. Закон не всегда
достаточно четко определял случайное ненаказуемое действие и формы вины. Он не
знает четких определений этих понятий. Уложение знало и институт необходимой
обороны, но без определенных пределов. То же самое относится к крайней
необходимости. Значительно подробнее, чем ранее, были определены соучастие,
укрывательство, одинаковое наказание.
По субъективной стороне преступления делились на умышленные, неосторожные и
случайные, т. е. действовал инквизиционный принцип объективного вменения. В
объективной стороне выделялись преступления смягчающие (состояние опьянения,
неконтролируемость (аффективность) преступных действий) и отягчающие
обстоятельства (повторность, большой вред, совершение преступления группой лиц
по предварительному сговору и др.).

семья, личность, имущество, нравственность.
The system of punishments was characterized by such signs as:
индивидуализация наказания (жена и дети преступника не отвечали за совершенное
им деяние); сословный характер наказания (за одни и те же преступления разные
субъекты несли разную ответственность); неопределенность в установлении
наказания (до последнего оставался неясным способ исполнения наказания).

Volvo Trucks has unveiled the second model in its range of electric trucks. She became an electric garbage truck FE Electric.
The FE Electric garbage truck is equipped with two electric motors capable of delivering up to 370 kilowatts (about 500 horsepower) and a two-speed transmission. The maximum authorized weight of the FE Electric is 27 tons.
The machine can receive a battery pack with a capacity of 200 to 300 kilowatt-hours; at maximum capacity, Volvo Trucks says the garbage truck will be able to travel up to 200 km on a single charge.
