35. Budget classification of the Union State

Allocate the following classification of budget expenditures.

1. The functional classification of expenditures of the budget of the Union State is a grouping of expenditures of the budget of the Union State and reflects the direction of budgetary funds for the implementation of the main functions of the Union State.

The functional classification is divided into several levels: sections, subsections, target articles, types.

3. Departmental classification of expenditures of the budget of the Union State, reflecting the distribution of budgetary appropriations among the departments of the Union State.

The first supermolecule made of artificial atoms 16.08.2016

Researchers at Columbia University in New York have for the first time created molecules from superatoms - clusters of atoms that can mimic the properties of other elements in the periodic table.

For this, scientists used cobalt and selenium, as well as organometallic compounds.

Chemists began creating superatoms when they discovered that clusters of atoms bound together had the properties of elements of a different type. In superatoms, electrons accumulate in shells around the central nucleus, and their number and energy level determine the chemical properties. There are no such objects in nature, but scientists have taken the next step and connected artificial atoms to each other, creating supermolecules.

The researchers built a core of six cobalt atoms and eight selenium atoms. After that, chemists attached organic molecules containing metal to the resulting superatom, which could combine with each other, forming an analogue of a chemical bond. According to scientists, by manipulating the number and composition of elements, it is possible to endow future "supersubstances" with magnetic and conductive properties.

Scientists plan to create large complexes of superatoms with the necessary characteristics, which could serve as the basis for the development of new electronic devices and sensors.
