There is also calcium and phosphorus. 100 g of white currant contains mono- and disaccharides - 8 g, fiber - 2,5 g, pectin - 1,1 g, organic acids - 2,3 g, ash - 0,7 g, iron - 500 mcg, vitamin A - 0,4 mg, vitamin C - 40 mg, vitamin B1 - 0,01 mg, vitamin B2 - 0,02 mg, vitamin B9 - 5 mcg, vitamin PP - 0,3 mg.
