Safety requirements before starting work 3.1. Before starting work on the removal and installation of vehicle wheels, the employee must: 3.1.1. Review and prepare your workspace. 3.1.2. Removal and installation of wheels should be carried out on a site designated for this purpose, equipped with the necessary equipment and devices. 4.2. Unscrew and tighten the nuts and wheel fittings of trucks (buses) using a wrench. When unscrewing them manually, it is necessary to take a stable position and securely apply the wrench to the edges of the nut. It is forbidden: to build up wrenches with a pipe or other objects; unscrew the nuts with a jerk. 4.4. The wheels of a truck (bus) must be removed and moved using a special trolley. It is forbidden to move the wheels of trucks and buses manually by rolling in the enterprise. 4.5. When removing the wheels outside the enterprise, it is necessary to stop the engine, brake the car with a parking brake (when hanging the front wheels), remove people from the passenger compartment (body), cab, close the doors, install special wheel chocks (shoes) under the non-lifting wheels in a space of at least two and hang out car jack. When hanging the car on a dirt surface, you must first level the jack installation site, put a strong pad of sufficient size and install the jack on it. 4.6. When hanging the bus with a jack, you must first hang out the body, then install a special stand (tragus) under it, and only then install the jack under a special place on the front or rear axle and hang out the wheel. 4.7. Mounting and dismantling of tires on the way must be carried out with a mounting tool. 4.8. When inflating tires or inflating tires removed from the vehicle on the road, you must use a safety fork or put the wheel with the lock ring down. 5. Safety requirements in emergency situations 5.1. The employee must immediately inform the administration of the enterprise about each accident that he witnessed, and provide the victim with first aid, call a doctor, help deliver the victim to a health center or the nearest medical facility. If an accident occurs with the employee himself, he should, if possible, contact the health center, report the incident to the administration of the enterprise or ask someone around to do it. 6. Safety requirements at the end of work 6.1. Upon completion of work: 6.1.1. Tidy up your workspace. Remove fixtures, tools in the place provided for it. 6.1.2. Wash your hands with soap. 6.1.3.
