These works are allowed to be performed by a fitter with a second electrical safety group under the supervision of an employee with an electrical safety group of at least third. 1.5. EZU maintenance work is carried out only on the instructions of the responsible engineering and technical worker with an entry in the journal of the established form. These works should be carried out in accordance with the list of works performed in the order of current operation. 1.6. Work on the replacement of the circuit breaker and the repair of switching lines in switchgear (RU) must be performed only on the basis of a work permit, which is issued by the person responsible for the operation of the EZU (shop manager, senior foreman). 1.7. Work related to measuring potentials on gas pipelines located on the carriageways of streets and roads must be carried out by a team of at least two people using signal vests and in compliance with the Rules of the Road. 1.8. The installer needs to perform only the work that is entrusted to him by the immediate supervisor or the engineer and technical worker responsible for the performance of the work. 1.9. Check the condition of the hand tool. The handles of wire cutters, pliers and pliers should be insulated. Wrenches must be in good working order. It is not allowed to use gaskets and extensions for wrenches. 2.2. Before performing a specific task, the fitter must obtain a work permit (or an oral order from the immediate supervisor) and undergo a targeted safety briefing. The assignment for the performance of work must be entered in the journal of the established form, indicating the location (address) of the EZU, the type of work performed and the composition of the team entrusted with its implementation. 2.3. It is necessary to start independent work in the existing EZU only after instructing and testing the knowledge of the Rules for the technical operation of electrical installations, as well as assigning the appropriate qualification group for electrical safety to the performer of the work. 2.4. Put in order overalls, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment, check their serviceability. 2.5. In accordance with the Model Industry Standards for the free issuance of special clothing, special footwear and other personal protective equipment, the fitter is issued:
For outdoor work in winter additionally:
2.6. Check the serviceability of control and measuring devices used in the process of fulfilling the production task. 3. Labor protection requirements during work 3.1. When performing work in the EZU with stress relief, it is necessary to perform the appropriate technical measures in the following sequence:
3.2. If it is impossible to remove the voltage in the switchboard, it is allowed to carry out work under voltage by a team of at least two people, if they have a qualification group for electrical safety not lower than the fourth. In this case, the following requirements must be observed:
3.3. When working at heights without an appropriate guardrail, a safety belt must be used. 3.4. When performing work on stairs, it is necessary to use only light and durable portable ladders and ladders, the steps of which must be rectangular and mortise. 3.5. Work requiring climbing to a height and performed from stairs must be carried out with a complete removal of tension by a team of at least two workers. 3.6. An electrified tool is allowed to be used provided that it is in full working order and that dielectric gloves are used. 3.7. Electrical wires must be protected from mechanical damage and from contact with hot surfaces. 3.8. It is necessary to connect electrical wires, cables only by means of hot soldering, welding or couplings with reliable insulation of splicing points. 3.9. When carrying out repair work related to the development of trenches and pits, strictly follow SNiP 12-03-2001 "Labor safety in construction. Part 1. General requirements." 3.10. When carrying out any types of measurements, it is necessary to ensure that the device is connected to the ground or a copper sulfate electrode, and then connected to the measured equipment (structure). 4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of damage to the EZU operating in the room by electric current, it is necessary to release the victim from the action of electric current by disconnecting the installation from the power source. If it is impossible to turn off the electrical installation, the victim must be released from the action of electric current by moving him to a safe distance from the installation. 4.2. If necessary, provide the victim with first aid up to artificial respiration and chest compressions. In all cases of electric shock, you must call an ambulance. 4.3. Take the necessary measures to prevent other workers from falling under the influence of electric current; report the incident to the management of the organization. 4.4. Each worker must be able to provide first aid to the victim. In case of bruises, ensure complete rest, put cold on the bruised place; if the abdomen is bruised, do not give the victim to drink. In case of bleeding, raise the limb, apply a pressure bandage, tourniquet; in summer, the tourniquet is left for 1,5 hours, and in winter - for 1 hour. In case of a fracture, apply a splint. In case of thermal and electrical burns, close the burned area with a sterile bandage; in order to avoid infection, do not touch the burned areas of the skin with your hands and lubricate them with ointments, fats, etc. If acid or alkali gets into exposed areas of the body, immediately wash them with a neutralizing solution, and then with cold water and soap; in case of contact with alkali - with a solution of boric acid. If acid or alkali gets into the eyes, immediately rinse them with a neutralizing solution and contact a health center or a doctor. In case of all poisoning, immediately remove or remove the victim from the poisoning zone, unfasten clothing that restricts breathing, provide fresh air, lay him down, raise his legs, cover him warmly, give him a sniff of ammonia and immediately transport the victim to a medical facility. In case of electric shock, release the victim from the action of the current, if necessary, perform artificial respiration or closed heart massage. It is possible to transport the victim only with satisfactory breathing and a steady pulse. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Tidy up the workplace: put the tools, devices, fixtures in the places intended for their storage. 5.2.
