General safety requirements 1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have passed a medical examination, introductory briefing, primary briefing at the workplace, training in safe labor methods and techniques, certification with a protocol, an internship for 2-14 shifts (depending on qualifications) are allowed to work on the press under the guidance of a person appointed by the order for the workshop, admission to work with registration in the "Journal of registration of instruction at the workplace". 1.2. Once a quarter, employees are re-instructed. 1.2.1. Unscheduled briefing is carried out during breaks in work for more than 30 days, in case of violation of the requirements set forth in the instructions for labor protection, when changing the requirements of labor safety rules, when changing the technical process, replacing or upgrading equipment, fixtures, tools, materials and other production factors, affecting labor safety, when performing one-time or temporary unusual work, during which a work permit is issued, a targeted briefing is carried out. 1.3. Employees are required to comply with labor discipline and internal labor regulations. 1.3.1. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. 1.3.2. Alcoholic drinks and drugs are not allowed. 1.3.3. Persons in a state of intoxication who are on the territory of the enterprise during working and non-working hours are subject to immediate removal from the territory with the drawing up of an act of suspension from work. 1.3.4. Persons who are in an unhealthy (physically and mentally) state or under the influence of narcotic drugs are not allowed to stay on the territory of the enterprise, which may cause danger to the life of this person or other employees. 1.3.5. Visiting other workshops and sites is allowed only with the permission of the administration of the workshop. Ignorance of the specific conditions of a particular workshop, site can be the cause of an accident. 1.3.6. Entrance to the dining room, dining room, buffet is allowed only after removing work clothes. 1.3.7. Storage and eating, storage of personal belongings is allowed only in designated areas. 1.3.8. In case of abrasions and scratches, the damaged area should be lubricated with iodine tincture or hydrogen peroxide. 1.10.2. For small wounds with minor bleeding, it is necessary to lubricate the edges with iodine tincture, moisten the bleeding surface with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide or a solution of potassium permanganate until the bleeding decreases or stops, and then apply a bandage of dressing material to the wound. 1.10.3. For small wounds, abrasions, scratches, small cuts, injections, wash the damaged area with warm water and soap, a solution of potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide and wipe dry with a towel, treat with iodine tincture or alcohol infusion of brilliant green. You can use BF-2 glue or Novikov liquid. 1.10.4. In case of a bruise, apply a tight bandage to the bruised part of the body and apply cold objects on top of the bandage. 1.10.5. In case of electric shock, first and emergency assistance consists in releasing a person from the action of electric current, immediately calling a doctor, and before the arrival of the latter, depending on the condition of the victim, in providing the necessary assistance (bringing the victim to consciousness, stopping bleeding, performing artificial respiration and etc.). 1.11. Wash hands with warm water and soap before eating. 1.12. Persons who violated the requirements of the instruction on labor protection, depending on the consequences of the violation, bear disciplinary, financial or criminal liability. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Check the availability and serviceability of personal protective equipment, put them in order. 2.1.1.
