General safety requirements 1.1. Persons at least 18 years of age who have undergone a medical examination, introductory training in occupational safety and fire and explosion safety, briefing at the workplace and appropriate training in the profession in a training center, who have completed an internship under the guidance of a shift foreman or a qualified worker with at least 3 years of work experience, are allowed to work on servicing the unloader. -x years for 12-15 shifts, knowledge testing (permission) by the qualification commission of the plant. 1.2. The driver must comply with the internal labor regulations of the plant, exclude the use of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic substances before work and during work. The unloader driver works under the direct supervision of a shift foreman, must clearly and timely follow his orders. 1.5. The workplace and operating equipment must be kept clean. 1.6. When servicing a truck unloader, an employee may be exposed to harmful and dangerous factors:

The employee is responsible for violation of the requirements of this instruction in accordance with the procedure established by the Internal Labor Regulations of the plant and the current legislation. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. When starting work, the driver must wear overalls. The cuffs of the sleeves and trousers of the suit must be fastened. The driver of the truck unloader must familiarize himself with the results of the work of the previous shift, find out all the existing technical problems in the operation of the truck unloader, their causes, and ways to eliminate them. A car on platforms with unloading through the tailgate should occupy a position that is medium in width of the platform for a uniform load on the hydraulic cylinders. 3.6. The platform stops must reliably prevent the spontaneous rolling of vehicles. When unloading the car through the tailgate, the installation of safety chains is mandatory, which must be carried out by the driver. 3.7. The unloader driver is prohibited from:

Repair work under the raised platform of the unloader is allowed to be carried out provided that it is reliably supported using racks or logs with a diameter of 200-300 mm with metal bandage rings and with the written permission of the person responsible for the safe performance of the work. 3.10. The well with a ladder for access to the supports of the hydraulic lifts must be closed with a removable cover. Do not open the cover while the car lift is in operation. 3.11. Always make sure that the unloader platform in its lowest position rests evenly on the support boxes and springboards. 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of an emergency, by pressing the "Stop" button, it is necessary to stop the platform. Further control of the truck unloader can only be carried out from the manual control panel. 4.2. In cases of injury, the employee must immediately inform the shift foreman or the head of the workshop, release the victim from the traumatic action, provide assistance to the victim, if necessary, call an ambulance by phone 03 or contact the health center (tel. ________). 4.3. The worker must have practical skills in providing first aid to the victim: be able to stop bleeding, apply bandages to wounds or a burnt place, bring the victim to consciousness, and perform artificial respiration. 4.4. If signs of fire are detected, it is necessary to immediately turn off the equipment, inform the fire department of the enterprise by phone _______, take measures to eliminate the fire with primary fire extinguishing equipment. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work 5.1. Turn off all equipment. 5.2. Clean the workplace using long-handled brushes and other equipment for safe work. 5.2. Transfer the workplace, tools and fixtures to the shifter, informing him of the malfunctions that have occurred and the measures taken to eliminate them. 5.3. Inform the shift foreman about the malfunctions noticed during work. 5.4. After the shift is completed, take a shower, put the overalls in the wardrobe, change into personal clothes. 5.5. Without the knowledge of the shift foreman or the head of the workshop, it is not allowed to be on the territory of the plant or in the workshop after the end of the shift.
