I. General Provisions

1. A person who has a higher professional education and at least 10 years of experience in the relevant specialty, scientific papers (author's certificates for inventions) or an academic degree without presenting work experience is appointed to the position of senior researcher.
2. Appointment to the position of a senior researcher and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the organization on the proposal of _______.
3. The senior researcher should know:

• scientific problems on the subject of ongoing research and development, guidance materials on relevant sectors of the economy, science and technology, domestic and foreign information on these issues.
• modern methods and means of planning and organizing research and development, conducting experiments and observations, including with the use of electronic computers;
• the economy of the relevant branch of production and organization of labor;
• labor law;
• rules and regulations of labor protection.

4. The Senior Researcher reports directly to _______.

II. Official duties

Senior Researcher:

1. Provides scientific guidance to a group of workers in the study of independent topics, as well as developments that are part (section, stage) of the topic, or conducts research and development as a performer of the most complex and responsible work.
2. Develops plans and methodological programs for research and development.
3. Organizes the collection and study of scientific and technical information on the topic, analyzes and theoretically generalizes scientific data, results of experiments and observations.
4. Checks the correctness of the results obtained by employees working under his supervision.
5. Participates in staff development.
6. Implements the results of research and development.

III. Rights

The senior researcher has the right to:

1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization's management regarding its activities.
2. On issues within its competence, submit for consideration by the management of the organization:

• proposals for improving the activities of the organization and improving working methods;
• comments on the activities of employees of the organization;
• options for eliminating shortcomings in the organization's activities.

3. Request personally or on behalf of the management of the organization from the heads of departments and specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
4. Involve specialists from all (individual) structural divisions in solving the tasks assigned to him (if this is provided for by the regulations on structural divisions, if not, then with the permission of the head).
5. Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The Senior Researcher is responsible for:

1. improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
2. offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
3. causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

The voltage drop at a maximum load of 300 mA is approximately 150 mV. A very low self-consumption of 16 µA and a low off-state consumption of 1 µA (Enable input) allows this regulator to be used in a wide range of products, including battery-powered ones.
