I. General Provisions

The radio station's senior client manager is classified as a professional, hired and fired by the CEO.
The position of senior client-manager of the radio station is accepted by a person with higher education, special training and experience in this field.
The radio station's senior client manager reports directly to the radio station's editor-in-chief.
The senior client manager of the radio station reports directly to the client managers of the radio station.
The criteria for evaluating the activities of a senior client manager of a radio station are:

implementation of the financial plan of the group;
lack of claims from the management of the radio station and employees of departments on issues related to the competence of the senior client manager;
high morale and the attitude of the radio station's client managers to fulfill the common goals of the radio station.

Allowances, bonuses and other payments are determined in accordance with the regulation on remuneration adopted in _______.
During the absence of the senior client-manager of the radio station (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director. The person acquires the relevant rights and is responsible for the quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.
The senior client-manager of the radio station is responsible for:

know the legislation of Ukraine.
comply with internal regulations.
know the rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
know the basics of a market economy, entrepreneurship and business, the procedure for pricing and taxation, the theory and practice of management, the organization of advertising, the basics of business administration, marketing, the ethics of business communication, the basics of aesthetics, general psychology, sociology.

II. Official duties

Fill out an order form for the technical development of an idea.
Responsible for the implementation of the group's financial plan.
Search for advertisers.
Ensure and control the obligatory and timely signing by the client of all documents necessary for the passage of advertising (contracts, acts, orders, scenarios, estimates, applications, invoices) and their transfer to the accounting department.
Control the situation with radio station clients, distribute and redistribute clients among client managers.
Bring to the attention of the client-manager information about price lists and other information about the radio station.
Give recommendations to client-managers in determining the strategy, tactics and concept of the client's advertising campaign.
Coordinate the setting of goals and objectives of the advertising company with the client.
Develop plans for advertising campaigns to determine the costs of their implementation with the involvement of all necessary specialists of the radio station.
Coordinate the actions of all participants in the client's advertising campaign.
Evaluate the results of the advertising campaign together with the client-manager and the client.
Know and study the sales market and consumer demand in order to determine the best time and place for advertising, the scale and timing of advertising campaigns, the circle of people to whom advertising should be directed, focusing it on target groups by profession, age, purchasing power, gender.
Attend training and information seminars, use the information received in working with clients and client managers.
Organize relations with business partners, a system for collecting the necessary information and expanding external relations in order to improve advertising activities.
Report weekly on the work done by the group to the editor-in-chief of the radio station, hold weekly group meetings.
Other duties in accordance with the operational need by order of the general director or editor-in-chief of the radio station.

III. Rights

The senior client-manager of the radio station has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the radio station management regarding its activities.
To make proposals for improving their activities related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the radio station from the departments of _______ and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of their duties.
Require the management of the radio station to create the necessary conditions for the implementation of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The radio's senior client manager is responsible for:

Implementation of the financial plan of the group.
No complaints from advertisers.
Correctness and timeliness of submission, content of reports.
Reliability of information coming from the client.
Professional work with clients.
For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation.

28nm Embedded Flash for Microcontrollers 23.02.2014

According to Renesas Electronics, its specialists have developed the industry's first embedded flash memory for microcontrollers, designed for production at 28 nm standards.

The use of 28nm technology will increase the amount of built-in flash memory. The need to increase the volume is caused by the complication of tasks solved by microcontrollers, in particular, those operating as part of automotive electronics and controlling the operation of the engine in real time.

Renesas microcontrollers, currently manufactured in 40nm, can have up to 8MB of onboard flash memory. Using the new development, it is possible to create single-chip solutions that include more than 16 MB of flash memory.

The prototype, made by Renesas, runs at 160 MHz (40nm memory runs at 140 MHz), can store information for up to 20 years, and has a lifespan of 250 writes.

An additional benefit from the transition to 28 nm is the reduction in power consumption.

The new memory uses MONOS (Metal Oxide Nitride Oxide Silicon) technology and Renesas proprietary transistor structures.
