31. The procedure for granting and auditing overdraft loans

A loan in the form of an overdraft is provided in case of insufficiency or lack of funds on the client's current account.

The main areas checked by the auditor for issuing loans in the form of an overdraft:

1) Provision for the conduct of such operations by the terms of the bank account agreement or an additional agreement to it.

2) Establishing a lending limit for the borrower in advance, i.e., the maximum amount of debt to a commercial bank for this type of loan, recorded on account 44201-45401.

3) Determination of the presence of a deadline during which the obligations arising from it to the bank under an overdraft must be repaid.

4) Provision of reliable and liquid collateral for the performance of loan obligations.

5) Provision of all documentation requested by a commercial bank from a borrower when issuing one-time short-term loans for processing a loan.

6) Inclusion of a loan agreement with a commercial bank for the provision of a loan in the form of an overdraft in the established list of documentation of a credit institution, fixed by the credit and accounting policy of a commercial bank.

motion sensor for a wide range of applications 19.07.2007

STMicroelectronics has expanded its line of motion sensors with a new two-axis linear accelerometer with a digital output. The L1S202DL is a micro power miniature sensor with intelligent functions, designed for wide use in both household appliances and industrial applications. The accelerometer possesses intellectual and capabilities thanks to the integrated circuit built into the sensor and the high-frequency filter, which allows you to react and distinguish between the impact - single or double touch, determine movement (movement, lifting). LIS202DL allows, for example, to turn off the phone ringing in your pocket without taking it out - with one touch of your hand.

Adjustable high-pass filters can be configured to monitor vibration or activate desired device functions through movement. The possibility of implementing the specified functions by external influence does not depend on the position of the object under study at the time of measurements. An ST sensor with built-in motion detection can be used to shut off power to a device that may turn on or off after movement (such as a remote control).

The digital output implemented as standard SPI/PC interfaces (selectable) makes the sensor efficient to use and easy to integrate into the system. The LIS202DL is housed in a miniature 5x3x0,9mm plastic case that can be placed almost anywhere limited by small dimensions.
