A group of specialists from the University of Exeter and the University of Oxford (UK) concluded that positive thinking helps to strengthen the immune system.

Scientists conducted an experiment involving more than 135 people. They were divided: some of the volunteers listened to audio lectures on the need to develop positive thinking - to perceive life and the people around them more optimistically, kinder and more condescendingly.
