5.4.7. The power supply of the crane must be carried out using:

1) main trolleys, including with the help of a small-sized trolley conductor;

2) stationary feeding points, on the current-collecting contacts of which sections of trolleys mounted on a crane ("contact skis" slide) slide;

3) ring current supply;

4) flexible cable;

5) stationary conductor (for cranes installed on the foundation).

5.4.8. The execution of electrical equipment (electric motors, devices, etc.) of cranes must comply with environmental conditions.

5.4.9. The voltage of AC and DC electric motors and converter units (static or rotating) installed on cranes must not exceed 10 kV. The use of voltages above 1 kV must be justified by calculations.

5.4.10. On cranes, it is allowed to install transformers with voltage up to 10 kV and capacitors to increase the level of reactive power compensation. Transformers must be dry or filled with a non-flammable liquid dielectric. Capacitors must be impregnated with non-flammable synthetic fluid.

5.4.11. Uninsulated current-carrying parts of the crane's electrical equipment must be protected if their location does not exclude accidental contact with them by persons in the control cabin, on the galleries and platforms of the crane, as well as near it. For zip lines, see 5.4.30 - 5.4.33.

Electrical equipment with uninsulated current-carrying parts (magnetic controllers, resistor boxes, etc.), from which voltage is automatically removed when entering its location, as well as electrical equipment installed in equipment cabins and other electrical rooms locked during crane operation, may not be fenced.

The distances from the deck of the crane bridge and its trolley to unprotected insulated wires are given in Ch. 2.1, to uninsulated conductors - in Ch. 2.2 and up to the lamps - in Ch. 6.1.

5.4.12. Manual control devices in crane cabins must be placed so that the crane operator can work while sitting. The direction of movement of the handle and flywheels of the apparatus should, if possible, correspond to the direction of the movements they cause.

5.4.13. Control panels located in the control cabin must have solid or mesh fences. The width of the maintenance aisles of these panels shall not be less than that specified in 5.4.14. Installation of resistors for electric motors in the control cabin is not allowed.

5.4.14. In equipment cabins and other electrical rooms, the service passages for switchboards and individual panels (magnetic controllers, etc.) must meet the following requirements:

1. The width of the passages located both on the front and on the back of the boards and panels with solid or mesh fences must be at least 0,6 m.

2. The distance from unshielded non-insulated live parts located at a height of less than 2,2 m on one side of the passage to the wall and equipment with insulated or shielded live parts located on the other side of the passage must be at least 0,8 m. uninsulated current-carrying parts located at a height of less than 2,2 m on different sides of the passage must be at least 1 m.

5.4.15. Electric heaters installed in the crane control cabin must be fire-safe, and their current-carrying parts must be protected. These devices should be connected to the electrical network after the input device. The body of the heater must be grounded.

5.4.16. In spans where two or more cranes operate on common rail crane tracks, each of them must have its own repair pen. It must be aligned with the location of the platform for landing on the crane of the operating personnel.

It is allowed to combine the repair pens of two or more cranes, if this does not lead to an unacceptable limitation of the technological process during an unscheduled repair of any crane.

Repair pens are not required when the cranes are powered by flexible main trolleys (flexible cable).

ZTE Corporation announced the launch of its Indoor Intelligent Navigation, Smart Car Seeking solution.

The solution provides seamless outdoor and indoor navigation, smart vehicle location and Open Service System (COS). Using QCell indoor coverage solution, mobile edge computing (MEC) technology and IoT-based magnetic induction object detection engine, the solution for intelligent management of indoor parking (both for parking lots with a lot of parking spaces and for multi-level parking lots) requires low cost and high efficiency.

The solution allows the operator to build a modern, user-friendly and smart building by establishing a stable connection between the objects in the solution.

The use of navigation devices when driving on the street has already become an integral part of our daily life, but finding a free parking space in an underground parking often takes quite a long time. To cope with this task, ZTE's solution for organizing "smart" navigation and determining the location of the car indoors allows.

When an approaching vehicle is detected, the QCell interior coverage system automatically reports this to the MEC system. This ensures high accuracy of indoor navigation, guarantees the possibility of reserving a parking space and planning the route of the car.

Modern underground parking lots are often multi-level, and their area can exceed 10 thousand square meters. m. In such conditions, it is easy to get lost or forget exactly where the car was parked. The use of QCell allows you to track the route of the user's movement, and the mechanism based on IoT technology for detecting objects through magnetic induction determines movement algorithms, analyzes and remembers the parking place of the car.

To get detailed information about the exact location of their car and how to get to it, the client, being in the internal parking lot, just needs to scan the QR code and click on "Navi." in a dedicated application. Thus, the driver no longer needs to remember the number of the parking space, the registration number of the parking zone or the route, now it is enough to turn on the navigation and follow the system's instructions in real time.
