Safety requirements before starting work 3.1. Before starting work on hanging the car and working under it, the employee must: 3.1.1. Review and prepare your workspace. 3.1.2. The car can be suspended on a lifting mechanism (except for a lift) for the time required to install the trestlers (when replacing a wheel on the line - a standard stand). When installing traguses on both sides of the suspended part of the car, it is necessary to use tragus only of the same height and install them in the places provided for in the operating instructions for this car model. 4.1.6. It is forbidden to make an additional lifting with the second jack of the car already hung on the jack, as this can lead to its fall. If necessary, carry out additional lifting with a second jack, the suspended part of the car should be lowered onto the trestle, and then additional lifting should be carried out. 4.1.7. Before lifting the car with a lift, it is necessary to ensure that all paws - pickups are securely installed under the car and there are no distortions during lifting. 4.1.8. When servicing a car on a lift (hydraulic, electromechanical), a sign with the inscription "Do not touch - people are working under the car" must be posted on the lift control panel. 4.1.9. In the working (raised) position, the plunger of the hydraulic lift must be securely fixed with a stop (bar), which guarantees the impossibility of spontaneous lowering of the lift. 4.1.10. When working on a turntable (tipper), you must first securely fasten the car on it, drain the fuel from the fuel tanks and the liquid from the cooling system, tightly close the engine oil filler neck and remove the battery. 4.2. Working under a lifted car 4.2.1. It is forbidden to carry out any work under the car (on a car) hung on lifting mechanisms (with the exception of lifts), without installing it on the trestles. 4.2.2. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the fulfillment of the conditions specified in clause 4.1.2. In case of non-compliance with the safety requirements specified in clause 4.1.2, the worker must perform the relevant operations himself. 4.2.3. It is forbidden to start the engine if:

Safety requirements in emergency situations 5.1. The employee must immediately inform the administration of the enterprise about each accident that he witnessed, and provide the victim with first aid, call a doctor, help deliver the victim to a health center or the nearest medical facility. If an accident occurs with the employee himself, he should, if possible, contact the health center, report the incident to the administration of the enterprise or ask someone around to do it. 6. Safety requirements at the end of work 6.1. Upon completion of work: 6.1.1. Tidy up your workspace. Remove fixtures and tools in the place provided for them. 6.1.2. If the car remains on special stands (tragus), check the reliability of its installation. It is forbidden to leave the car, the unit, hung out only by the lifting mechanism. 6.1.3.
