General fire safety requirements 1.1. The territory of the institution must be kept clean at all times. Waste combustible materials, fallen leaves and dry grass should be regularly removed and removed from the territory. 1.2. Do not clutter up evacuation passages, vestibules and stairs with any equipment and objects. 1.3. During the period of stay in the building of the institution of people, close the doors of emergency exits only from the inside with the help of easy-to-open locks. 1.4. Doors (hatches) of attic and technical rooms must be permanently locked. 1.5. Fire hydrants must be equipped with sleeves and trunks placed in cabinets that are sealed. The fire hose must be attached to the faucet and barrel. 1.6. Checking the performance of fire hydrants of the internal fire water supply should be carried out at least twice a year (in spring and autumn) with rewinding linen sleeves to a new fold. 1.7. Fire automatics installations must be operated in automatic mode and be in working order around the clock. 1.8. Fire extinguishers should be placed in easily accessible places at a height of not more than 1,5 m, where their damage, direct sunlight, direct exposure to heating and heating devices is excluded. 1.9. Faulty electrical networks and electrical equipment should be immediately disconnected until they are brought into a fireproof state. 1.10. On each floor, a fire evacuation plan approved by the manager must be posted in a conspicuous place. 1.11. In the corridors and on the doors of the evacuation exits there must be prescriptive and indicative safety signs. 1.12. At the end of classes, employees of the institution should carefully inspect their assigned premises and close them by de-energizing the power grid. 2. It is forbidden: 2.1. Make fires, burn garbage on the territory of the institution. 2.2. Smoking in the premises of the institution. Dry clothes, arrange warehouses, archives, etc. in attic spaces. 2.4. To live in the building of the institution for service personnel and other persons. 2.5. Store flammable, combustible liquids and other flammable materials in the facility building. 2.6. Use combustible materials for walls and ceilings. 2.7. To remove the doors of vestibules, halls, corridors, vestibules and stairwells provided for by the project. 2.8. Nail down emergency exit doors. 2.9. Leave unattended electrical appliances connected to the network. 2.10. Use homemade and uncalibrated fuses ("bugs") as electrical protection. 2.11. Carry out fire, welding and other types of fire hazardous work in the building of the institution in the presence of people in the premises, as well as without a written order. 2.12. To clean the premises using gasoline, kerosene and other flammable and combustible liquids, as well as to thaw frozen pipes with blowtorches and other methods using open fire. 3. Actions in the event of a fire 3.1. Immediately report a fire to the nearest fire department by calling _______. 3.2. Immediately notify people about the fire and inform the head of the institution or his replacement employee. 3.3. Open all emergency exits and evacuate people from the building. 3.4. Remove the most valuable property and documents from the building. 3.5. When leaving a room or building, turn off the ventilation, close all doors and windows behind you to prevent the spread of fire and smoke into adjacent rooms. 3.6. By the forces of the voluntary fire brigade, start extinguishing the fire and its localization with the help of primary fire extinguishing equipment. 3.7. Turn off the power grid and ensure the safety of people involved in the evacuation and fire fighting from possible collapse of structures, exposure to toxic combustion products and elevated temperature, and electric shock.
