During the shift, the OCPA is obliged to monitor the correctness of the drying and firing. 3.4. Monitor the presence of oil in hydraulic systems and the readings of instrumentation. 3.5. Monitor the rolling stock of the dryer and kiln. Inspect the cars entering the furnace in order to avoid possible accidents, cars with cage deviations should be "escorted" through the firing zones. 3.6. It is necessary to keep the equipment in the firing area clean, and when working on fuel oil, clean up spilled fuel oil in a timely manner. 3.7. Monitor the correct operation of the nozzles when working on fuel oil and the burners when working on gas. 3.8. Monitor the state of the charge in the firing zone relative to the axis of the burners, through the viewing eyes. 3.9. In the event of abnormal knocks, interruptions in the operation of equipment, the appearance of a burning smell, an increase in temperature, smoke in the areas of fans and fuel-burning devices, immediately inform the shift or workshop supervisor. Take all measures to eliminate, promptly call the duty personnel of the shop. 3.10. When working on oil:
3.11. When running on gas:
3.12. When the furnace is operating in automatic mode, it is forbidden to stand between the doors and the trolley while lifting and lowering the door. 3.13. If it is necessary to carry out repair work in the dryer, work should be carried out by a team of at least two people, with a hand lamp. 4.2. Lack of lighting in the places where the fans are installed, as well as in the places of passage to them and in the dryer, can lead to accidents. You should immediately call the electrician on duty and restore normal lighting, and only after that carry out the necessary work. 4.3. The lack of air exhaust from the dryer and the ingress of flue gases from the dryer's GGW can lead to loss of consciousness and poisoning of the operating personnel with flue gases. You should call a locksmith, install belts on the exhaust fans, check for the presence of belts and turn off the burned-out heat generator. 4.4. Contamination of transborder tracks, pushers and rail tracks can lead to the failure of this equipment and the fall of cars from the tracks. It is necessary to inform the head of the shift or workshop about the cluttering of the equipment and, on their own or with the involvement of additional forces, clean it up by switching the operating mode to manual mode. 4.5. violation of the integrity of the internal chamber of the heat generator, the absence of belts on the cold air supply fans can lead to abnormal operation, which leads to smoke in the workshop. 4.6. if there is a fire, it is necessary to inform the head of the price or shift about it, call the electrician on duty to de-energize the equipment and start extinguishing it. If you cannot extinguish the fire on your own, you must call the fire brigade by calling _______. 4.7. When pushing the drying trolleys into the vestibule, one should not be in the openings between the doors and the trolleys. 4.8. In the presence of blockages on oven cars, non-standard setting of bricks, the head of the shift or workshop should be notified and this car should be loaded only after the violations have been eliminated. If the blockage occurred when the car was loaded into the furnace, it is necessary to make an entry in the shift acceptance log and "accompany" it through the firing zones, turning off each subsequent zone when pushing and turning it on again after it. 4.9. In order to avoid damage to the counterweight of the furnace located in the counterweight pit, inside the furnace tunnel, when pushing the car out, make sure that the end of the car is not above the counterweight pit. If this violation occurs, it is necessary to manually repush the car and only then feed the car into the furnace. 4.10. If local overheating of the furnace roof and swelling of the upper metal profile is detected, immediately shut off the supply of fuel oil to the nozzles or gas to the burners, near which swelling occurs. Remove the air supply hoses to the burners from the sockets and direct them to the place of swelling to cool it. Report this to the shift or workshop supervisor and make an entry in the shift transfer log. If swelling increases, turn off the zone completely until the cause of swelling is eliminated. 4.11. Inspection of the furnace zones through the hatches of nozzles and burners, as well as through inspection hatches, should be carried out in protective goggles and overalls in order to avoid burns of the mucous membrane of the eyes with hot air and burns of the face with the release of hot fuel oil. In case of burns, rinse the eyes with a 2% solution of baking soda, apply a sterile bandage and send the victim to a medical facility. 4.12. If a flame appears on the walls of the channel due to poor atomization of fuel oil, the nozzle should be removed and the nozzles and walls of the heating channels of the nozzles should be cleaned to prevent fire. 4.13. If any dangerous situations threatening the life and health of others are identified, people should be immediately warned about the danger, removed from the danger zone, warn the shift or workshop supervisor and take measures to eliminate them. 4.14. In case of any accident, first aid should be provided to the victim, the shift or workshop supervisor and an employee of a medical institution should be called. Maintain until the end of the investigation the situation at the scene of the incident in the form in which it was at the time of the accident or accident, if this does not threaten the life and health of others and does not lead to emergency situations. 4.15. If a fire is detected on electrical equipment, call an electrician on duty to de-energize the equipment in the fire or ignition zone. Try to cut off the air supply to the place of fire (by turning off the corresponding fans), notify the shift or workshop supervisor and start extinguishing with the available fire extinguishing equipment. 5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work 5.1. Inspect the work area. Remove broken bricks, fuel oil on the furnace and spills of fuel oil in the areas of fuel oil tanks of the furnace and heat generators. 5.2.
