3.2. The working surfaces of the tables must be covered with plastic. Table glass is not allowed. The surface of the tool storage boxes should be covered with easily washable materials, and the inside should be painted with oil paint.

3.3. Used alloys and fluxes should be placed in a container that excludes contamination of working surfaces with lead.

3.4. Workplaces must be equipped with local exhaust devices that provide an air speed directly at the soldering site of at least 0,6 m/s.

3.5. Soldering irons that are in working condition should always be in the area of exhaust ventilation.

3.6. To power soldering irons and portable lamps in the room, 42V AC outlets must be installed on the wall.

3.7. Rags used when cleaning and soldering equipment, as well as when cleaning workplaces, must be collected in tanks with lids. Reuse of used rags is prohibited.

3.8. The storage of any clothing or personal items in the soldering area is prohibited. Storage of work and any other clothes in the wardrobe should be separate.

4.2. Upon completion of work, clean and wash with hot soapy water the working surfaces of the tables and the inner surfaces of the tool boxes.

4.3. Dry methods of cleaning the soldering room are prohibited.

4.4. Remove protective clothing, wash hands thoroughly with soap and rinse mouth.

5. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

5.1. The following emergencies may occur:

  • short circuit, increased heating of plug connectors, connecting wires, decrease or loss of voltage in the network, etc., which can lead to a fire;
  • natural disaster and other accidents not directly related to soldering.

5.2. In an emergency, you must:

  • stop work, disconnect electrical equipment from the network;
  • in case of fire, use a carbon dioxide or powder fire extinguisher, report the fire to the fire brigade;
  • take measures to evacuate people and provide first aid to the victims;
  • report the incident to the immediate supervisor;
  • take measures to preserve the situation at the workplace in the form in which it was at the time of the incident, if this does not threaten the life and health of workers and does not lead to more serious consequences.

    Artificial leather for touch emulation 15.04.2024

    In a modern technology world where distance is becoming increasingly commonplace, maintaining connection and a sense of closeness is important. Recent developments in artificial skin by German scientists from Saarland University represent a new era in virtual interactions. German researchers from Saarland University have developed ultra-thin films that can transmit the sensation of touch over a distance. This cutting-edge technology provides new opportunities for virtual communication, especially for those who find themselves far from their loved ones. The ultra-thin films developed by the researchers, just 50 micrometers thick, can be integrated into textiles and worn like a second skin. These films act as sensors that recognize tactile signals from mom or dad, and as actuators that transmit these movements to the baby. Parents' touch to the fabric activates sensors that react to pressure and deform the ultra-thin film. This ... >>

    Petgugu Global cat litter 15.04.2024

    Taking care of pets can often be a challenge, especially when it comes to keeping your home clean. The attractiveness of caring men 14.04.2024

    The stereotype that women prefer "bad boys" has long been widespread. However, recent research conducted by British scientists from Monash University offers a new perspective on this issue. They looked at how women responded to men's emotional responsibility and willingness to help others. The study's findings could change our understanding of what makes men attractive to women. A study conducted by scientists from Monash University leads to new findings about men's attractiveness to women. In the experiment, women were shown photographs of men with brief stories about their behavior in various situations, including their reaction to an encounter with a homeless person. Some of the men ignored the homeless man, while others helped him, such as buying him food. A study found that men who showed empathy and kindness were more attractive to women compared to men who showed empathy and kindness. ... >>

    flu barrier 23.02.2012

    About 300 people die from the flu every year worldwide. Antibiotics do not work on the virus, specific antiviral drugs gradually lose their effectiveness as the virus adapts to them, vaccinations are not very reliable, and a new version of the vaccine has to be released every year.

    Chinese scientists have discovered that the polymer chitosan, produced from food industry waste - the chitinous shells of crayfish, crabs and shrimp, has carbohydrate molecules on its surface, to which the influenza virus shell protein readily attaches. The fact is that these molecules correspond to those that are present on the surface of human cells infected by the virus and are used by it to enter the cell.

    A mask made of chitosan fibers takes on influenza viruses, not letting them into the lungs of a healthy person and not releasing them out of the patient's lungs.
