Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Persons who have reached the age of 18 and have passed a health check (in accordance with Order of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of the Russian Federation No. 83 dated August 16.08.2004, 3) and who have a license to drive vehicles (of the appropriate category) can work as a driver of a passenger car. When transporting people, the driver is required to have at least XNUMX years of experience.

1.2. Upon hiring, an employee must undergo an introductory briefing.

1.3. Before being allowed to work independently, training is provided on how to free a victim from the effects of electric current, first aid in case of accidents, and initial instruction at the workplace.

1.4. Prior to being admitted to independent work, a worker must pass:

• initial briefing at the workplace;
• knowledge test instructions:
• on labor protection;
• to provide first aid to victims of accidents at work;
• on the application and testing of protective equipment used in electrical installations.

1.4. The employee in the process of work must pass:

• repeated briefings - at least once a month;
• testing knowledge of the Labor Safety Instructions and the current Interindustry Instructions for providing first aid in case of accidents at work - once a year;
• medical examination - once every two years;
• testing of knowledge on "Interindustry rules for labor protection (safety rules) during the operation of electrical installations" POT R M-016-2001. RD 153-34.0-03.150-00, PTE of electrical stations and networks of the Russian Federation (approved by order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation dated June 19, 2003 No. 229), PPB for energy enterprises RD 153.-34.0-03.301-00 (VPPB 01-02- 95), intersectoral rules on labor protection in road transport POT RM-027-2003 - once a year.
• PP-training - at least once every 6 months.

The car must be equipped with first aid equipment. The driver must know the location of the first aid kit and be able to use it.

1.5. Failure by an employee to comply with these instructions is considered a violation of production discipline.

For violations of the requirements of these instructions, the employee is liable in accordance with current legislation.

1.6. The following dangerous and harmful production factors may occur in the driver’s workplace:

• moving machines and mechanisms;
• reduced air temperature of the working area during the performance of work;
• toxic (gasoline), and other harmful substances;
• work in conditions of low ambient temperatures should be carried out in warm clothing with time intervals for heating.

1.7. The worker should be given overalls free of charge (according to the norms).

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

Before starting work, the driver on the next flight must:

2.2. Pass a pre-trip medical examination with a mark on the waybill

2.3. Check the technical serviceability of the vehicle at the checkpoint, check that the vehicle is complete with tools and accessories, receive instructions on the conditions of the route, the characteristics of the cargo being transported, and the mode of operation on the line

2.4. When leaving the line, the driver must have with him a license to drive a car issued by the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, registration documents for the vehicle, a waybill or route sheet and accompanying documents for the cargo being transported.

2.5. The serviceability of the car before leaving the line is confirmed by the transport service mechanic responsible for the production of technically sound cars and the driver with a signature on the waybill.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. After the first three hours of short-term driving, a stop for a short rest of at least 15 minutes is provided; subsequently, a stop of this duration is provided more than every 2 hours

3.2. The daily duration of driving a vehicle during the period of daily work (shift) cannot exceed 9 hours, and in mountainous areas when transporting passengers by buses with an overall length of over 9,5 m and when transporting rigging, long and large cargo, it cannot exceed 8 hours

3.4. While driving, the driver must follow traffic rules and safety rules for road transport.

Should not rest or sleep in the cabin or interior of the car while the engine is running

3.5. Do not drive a vehicle onto a loading and unloading ramp if there is no guardrail or wheel guard on it.

3.6. When exiting the cab onto the roadway, the driver must make sure that there is no traffic in either the opposite direction or in the opposite direction.

3.7. If you are forced to stop on the road for repair work, you must place a warning triangle at a distance of 25-30 meters behind the car.

3.8. When stopping and parking on unlit streets and roads, the vehicle's side and parking lights must be turned on.

3.9. When working in mountainous conditions, the driver must be familiar with the features of the route.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of an emergency (accident, fire, natural disaster), immediately stop work and report the situation to senior management.

4.2. In the event of a fire:

4.3. Notify all workers in the production area and take measures to extinguish the fire. Burning parts of electrical installations and electrical wiring under voltage should be extinguished with carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.

4.4. Take measures to call your immediate supervisor or other officials to the scene of the fire.

4.5. According to the operational situation, the local operational fire fighting plan should be acted upon.

4.6. In the event of an accident, it is necessary to immediately release the victim from the impact of the traumatic factor, provide him with first (pre-medical) medical care and inform the immediate supervisor about the accident.

When releasing the victim from the action of electric current, it is necessary to ensure that you yourself do not come into contact with the current-carrying part or under step voltage.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Upon completion of work, the driver of the car must:
