I. General Provisions

  1. The milling operator is directly subordinated to _______.

  • device, geometry and rules of heat treatment, sharpening and finishing of all types of cutting tools;
  • calculations related to the adjustment of machines;
  • rules for determining the most advantageous cutting conditions according to reference books and the passport of the machine;
  • ways to achieve the established qualifications and roughness parameters.

II. Official duties

The milling operator performs the following job responsibilities:

  1. Milling of complex experimental and expensive parts and tools in 1-5 grades, having several mating with curved cylindrical surfaces, with places that are difficult to access for processing and measurements, using universal and special cutting tools and optical devices.
  2. Milling complex large-sized parts, assemblies, thin-walled long parts subject to warping and deformation, on unique milling machines of various designs.
  3. Installation of large parts that require combined fastening and precise alignment in various planes, including the performance of the specified work on the processing of parts from hard-to-machine high-alloy and heat-resistant materials using the combined plasma-machining method.

III. Rights

The milling operator has the right:

  1. give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
  2. control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
  3. to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
  4. interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
  5. get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
  6. propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;
  7. submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline;
  8. report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

IV. A responsibility

  2. violation of the rules and regulations governing the activities of the enterprise;
  3. offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine;
  4. infliction of material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine;
  5. compliance with current instructions, orders and orders for the preservation of trade secrets and confidential information;
  6. compliance with internal regulations, safety and fire safety rules.
