Qualification requirements:

availability of a certificate of assignment of the II qualification group for electrical safety.

II. Official duties

Mobile concrete mixer operator:

Manages a mobile gravity or forced action concrete mixer with a mixing drum with a volume of 1200 liters or more.
Performs related work.

III. Rights

The driver of a mobile concrete mixer has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The mobile concrete mixer operator is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.

As demand grows, many mature markets have achieved near 100% household broadband coverage, leading to increased competition among operators. Deploying solutions and services that provide a better user experience is becoming critical for broadband operators to succeed in mature markets.
