procedure for conducting wholesale and industrial fairs;
commodity market conditions and factors influencing its formation;
sources of information about trade conditions, patterns and trends in the formation of the needs of the population;
methods for forecasting demand for certain groups of goods;
principles and methods of quantitative measurement of indicators for assessing the satisfaction of consumer needs;
fundamentals of obligation and contract law;
national and international classification systems for goods and services;
categories and types of standards, other regulatory and technical documentation for certification of goods and services and trade;
methodology and methods for determining the effectiveness of marketing activities;
international rules for the interpretation of trade terms "Incoterms";
basics of commodity science; methods of economic and statistical analysis;
rules and norms of labor protection, fire protection, industrial sanitation and personal hygiene.

Qualification requirements:

leading specialist in methods of expanding the sales market: higher (technical) in one of the areas of training "Economics and Entrepreneurship", "Trade", "Management", for a master's degree or specialist, work experience as a specialist in methods of expanding the sales market, Category I, at least 2 years, qualification certification in production with the category “leading specialist-analyst”;
specialist in methods of expanding the sales market, category I: higher (technical) in one of the areas of training "Economics and Entrepreneurship", "Trade", "Management", for a master's degree - work experience as a specialist in methods of expanding the sales market, category II, at least 1 years, for a specialist - at least 2 years, qualification certification in production with the assignment of category I;
specialist in methods of expanding the sales market, category II: higher (technical) in one of the areas of training "Economics and Entrepreneurship", "Trade", "Management", for a master's degree - no work experience requirements, for a specialist - work experience in the profession of a specialist in methods of expanding the sales market for at least 1 year, qualification certification in production with assignment of category II;
specialist in methods of expanding the sales market: higher education (specialist) in one of the areas of training “Economics and Entrepreneurship”, “Trade”, “Management”; without any work experience requirements.

II. Official duties

Market Expansion Specialist:

Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of existing distribution channel structures.
Conducts market segmentation by consumer groups, product parameters, and main competitors.
Conducts research and assessment of consumer needs, makes short-term and long-term forecasts of consumer needs and preferences.
Develops measures to activate demand and stimulate sales, determines the budget for promoting goods to the market.
Informs about upcoming consumer needs and preferences regarding the image of new products.
Plans and implements measures to introduce new types of services and maintenance in accordance with the needs of consumers and stimulate the sale of goods.
Justifies the directions of the enterprise's assortment policy, taking into account the characteristics of various market segments.
Develops recommendations to improve the level of competitiveness of existing products.
Establishes economic relations with partners in commercial activities, prepares and concludes contracts for the production and supply of goods.
Justifies effective directions for organizing wholesale purchases and wholesale sales of goods in a competitive environment.
Choosing a method for forming sales channels and sales conditions, sales promotion, control over the sale of goods and the provision of services.
Evaluates the effectiveness of commercial transactions with specific existing agreements and contracts.
Forms an information and analytical database, offers alternative management solutions on problems of expanding sales markets.

III. Rights

The market expansion specialist has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The market expansion specialist is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.

Fujifilm returns to the black and white film market 15.06.2019

Fujifilm has announced that it is re-entering the black and white film market after ceasing production over a year ago. The new Neopan 100 Acros II film is being developed with the input of "millennials and Generation Z", whom the company calls "new film enthusiasts".

Neopan 100 Acros II film will be available in both 35mm and 120mm formats. Fujifilm says the Super Fine-Σ technology delivers less grain and greater clarity compared to the original Neopan 100 Acros film.
