I. General Provisions

The collector belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has primary vocational education without presenting requirements for work experience or secondary (complete) general education and special training according to an established program without presenting requirements for work experience is appointed to the position of a collector.
The collector must know:

regulation on the procedure for conducting cash transactions in credit institutions on the territory of Ukraine;
regulatory legal acts, provisions of the instruction, other guidance materials and documents that determine the timing and procedure for receiving, transporting and delivering funds;
safety rules for the delivery of funds;
rules for carrying and using weapons and ammunition in the performance of their duties to ensure the safety of funds;
labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

The collector reports directly to the head of the collection department.

II. Official duties

Collector:

Receives in accordance with the established procedure at the cash desk of the organization cash and securities in strict accordance with the rules.
When accepting bags with cash and securities, he checks the integrity of the packaging, the legibility of seal impressions, the compliance of the amount indicated on the label with the amount indicated in the debit note and in the inventory of valuables.
Delivers cash and securities to bank institutions at the location of the settlement or current account with the obligatory observance of the rules ensuring their safety.
Lends cash and securities to bank institutions.
Personally participates in carrying out the necessary collection procedures and signs all the necessary documents.
Takes all measures to ensure the safety of the funds and securities entrusted to him and to prevent damage.
Timely informs the head of the collection unit about all the circumstances that threaten the safety of the valuables entrusted to him.
Nowhere, never and in no way discloses information known to him about the operations of storing valuables, their dispatch, transportation, security, signaling, as well as office assignments at the cash desk.

III. Rights

The collector has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the organization's management regarding its activities.
Request personally or on behalf of the management of the organization from the departments of the organization and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The collector is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

The good news for English learners is that it is slowly getting easier. True, it happens very slowly. Many generations of people who want to learn English suffer from so-called irregular verbs. They differ from the correct ones, which are the majority, by non-standard endings during conjugation.

A graduate student at Harvard University (USA) E. Lieberman followed the fate of irregular verbs in history. He compiled a list of 177 verbs that were irregular in Old English 1200 years ago. Of these, 145 remained incorrect in Middle English (800 years ago), and 98 are incorrect today.

At this rate of “normalization,” another 500 years will pass, and only 83 will remain.
