I. General Provisions

The auditor belongs to the category of specialists.
Appointment to a position and dismissal from it are made by order of the director of the enterprise upon the recommendation of the Chief Accountant in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
The auditor reports directly to the head of the accounting and control department and the head of the enterprise.
Qualification:

basic higher education in the relevant field of training (bachelor, junior specialist) and advanced training;
At least 2 years of experience as an Auditor.

The auditor must know:

regulatory, methodological and other guidance materials on the organization and maintenance of accounting and financial reporting;
accounting policies, procedures and methods for registering information, document flow rules and technology for processing accounting information at the enterprise;
chart of accounts for accounting assets, capital, liabilities and business operations of enterprises and organizations.
fundamentals of labor legislation;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

The auditor reports directly to the head of the department.
During the absence of the auditor (illness, vacation, business trip, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

The auditor must:

Conduct unscheduled audits of warehouses and stores; random checks of certain groups of goods in warehouses and stores. Timely prepare the results of the audit and submit them for consideration to the head of the accounting and control department.
Participate in scheduled inventories carried out monthly in warehouses and stores.
Give prompt instructions to the head of the audited facility to eliminate identified violations and shortcomings, and verify compliance with the instructions provided.
Selectively check the release of goods from warehouses in accordance with invoices.
Monitor the accuracy of accounting and the availability of material assets assigned by composition, the timeliness and correctness of reflection in the documents of the movement of inventory items placed in the warehouse.
Monitor the procedure for drawing up reports based on primary documents, as well as the organization of inventory in the enterprise’s warehouses.

III. Rights

The auditor has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Get acquainted with the documents defining his rights and responsibilities in his position, criteria for assessing the quality of performance of official duties.
Report to the management about all identified violations and shortcomings within their competence.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.

IV. A responsibility

The auditor is responsible

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current civil legislation and labor legislation of Ukraine.
