I. General Provisions

A person with a higher professional education and at least 3 years of work experience in the specialty is appointed to the position of junior researcher. If you have an academic degree, completed postgraduate studies and completed an internship - without presenting requirements for work experience. If there are recommendations from the councils of higher educational institutions (faculties), graduates of higher educational institutions who have gained work experience during the period of study may be appointed to the position of junior researcher as an exception.
Appointment to the position of a junior researcher and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the organization on the proposal of _______.

goals and objectives of ongoing research and development, domestic and foreign information on the stages of research and development;
modern methods and means of planning and organizing research and development, conducting experiments and observations, summarizing and processing information, including with the use of electronic computers;
fundamentals of labor legislation and labor organization;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

II. Official duties

Junior Research Fellow:

Under the guidance of a responsible executor, conducts research and development on individual sections (stages, tasks) of the topic in accordance with approved methods.
Participates in the implementation of experiments, conducts observations and measurements, compiles their description and formulates conclusions.
Studying scientific and technical information, domestic and foreign experience on the subject under study.
Compiles reports (sections of the report) on a topic or its section (stage, task).
Participates in the implementation of research and development results.

III. Rights

The junior researcher has the right to:

On issues within its competence, submit for consideration by the management of the organization:

proposals for improving the activities of the organization and improving the working methods of employees;
comments on the activities of employees of the organization;
options for eliminating shortcomings in the organization's activities.

Request personally or on behalf of the management of the organization from the departments of the organization and other specialists information and documents necessary for the performance of his duties.
Require the management of the organization to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

The Junior Researcher is responsible for:

Samsung 3,2TB NVMe SSDs with 3D V-NAND Technology 01.10.2014

Samsung Electronics announced the start of mass production of 3,2TB NVMe PCIe SSDs based on 3D V-NAND (Vertical NAND) flash technology for premium enterprise server systems. The new NVMe PCIe SM1715 SSD uses Samsung's proprietary 3D V-NAND technology in an HHHL (half standard height, half standard length) card-type form factor to deliver 3,2TB of storage capacity, twice that of of the previous NVMe SSD model, which had a capacity of 1,6 TB, Samsung told CNews.
