I. General Provisions

Appointed to the position by order of the General Director and directly reports to the Deputy General Director for production issues.
Supervises the work of the Department of Computing Technology.
He is the direct supervisor of the Department staff:

system programmer;

programmers;

laboratory assistants.

Its activities are guided by:

legal normative acts issued by state bodies;

rules and regulations of labor protection and safety;

Qualification requirements:

Higher professional education.
At least 5 years of work experience in relevant positions.

Required knowledge:

current legal documents regulating the activities of computer services at the enterprise;
technical requirements and operating instructions for domestic and foreign electronic computers;
technology of using personal computers in the production complex;
organization of financial and economic activities;
labor law;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection.

II. Official duties

Organizes the current and long-term planning of the Department's activities and ensures the implementation of these plans.
Manages the work of the information support laboratory in accordance with current and long-term plans.
Organizes work on informatization of structural divisions, training of employees for work using informatization tools, software products, training and communication tools.
Participates in the development and writing of software products according to the work plan of the Department.
Organizes maintenance of software owned by the Department.
Provides advice to employees on the use of software.
Develops curricula for training employees on the use of personal computers.
Conducts informing employees about new software products and their capabilities.
Ensures timely completion of required documentation.
Ensures the safety of information and prevents its unauthorized distribution.
Conducts briefings for employees of the Department on labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire protection.
Provides control over the use of technical means of the Department, compliance with the rules of operation, safety and fire protection when working in the laboratory.
Participates in the selection of personnel, improving their qualifications and motivating their activities.
Monitors compliance with the rules and motivation of their activities.
Monitors compliance with the internal labor regulations by subordinates and students, signs the time sheet.
He improves his pedagogical and professional qualifications, at least once every 5 years passes certification to confirm or improve his qualifications and compliance with his position.

III. Rights
