II. Official duties

Develops a product promotion strategy.
Processes information about the market and competitors.
Predicts and analyzes sales:

works with logistics and sales departments;
monitors sales and activities of competitors;
analyzes the introduction of new products.

Forms a pricing policy.
Organizes marketing events, supervises their implementation.
Organizes and coordinates the development of advertising materials, product labels and packaging, and its positioning.
Searches for contractors.
Organizes and accompanies work with contractors.
Controls the fulfillment of obligations by contractors in terms of deadlines and quality.
Prepares trainings, product seminars.
Prepares and timely submits reports, primary accounting documentation.

III. Rights

The production manager has the right to:

Give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
Supervise the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
Request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and the activities of employees subordinate to him.
Interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional responsibilities.
Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the enterprise's management regarding the activities of the Division.
To propose to the head of the proposal to improve the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
Submit proposals for the consideration of the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
Report to the manager about all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

Helicopter with muscle drive 12.11.2011

Students at the University of Maryland (USA) built a muscle helicopter, hoping to win the Sikorsky Prize. It is 250 thousand dollars, proposed in 1980 and will be issued to someone who, due to muscle strength, will come off the ground by a helicopter three meters (counting from the lowest part of the structure) and hang at this height within a square with a side of 10 meters at least 60 seconds.
