II. Official duties

Provides training for public instructors at courses and seminars, provides methodological guidance and provides them with practical assistance in conducting industrial gymnastics.
Organizes work to promote industrial gymnastics.
Provides assistance to medical personnel in organizing control over the impact of industrial gymnastics on the health of workers.
Organizes contests for the best performance of industrial gymnastics.
Participates in the development of proposals for improving the sanitary and hygienic condition of enterprises (institutions, organizations).

III. Rights

The instructor-methodologist in industrial gymnastics has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The instructor-methodologist in industrial gymnastics is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.

Best use of flexible screen 22.08.2013

Consumers have long been waiting for flexible displays in mobile devices. Most probably do not even know why, but the very fact of novelty clearly attracts many. At least in theory. Samsung, being one of the main companies developing such screens, has been showing various prototypes for several years in a row, slowly with practical implementation. Unlike Samsung, LG recently said that it is doing well and the first smartphones with flexible displays will hit the market this year.

Curiously, it turns out that one technology is not enough. Still need to figure out how to use it. Apparently, Samsung has problems with this. To solve them, the company came up with a surprisingly simple way out - a competition. The manufacturer invites everyone interested to offer their concepts of using this technology, so to speak, to come up with devices using flexible displays with a diagonal of 1 to 20 inches. Moreover, you need to roughly calculate how much the finished device will cost and how much profit it can bring to the company. In fact, you need to do most of the work that is usually done by more than one team (developers, marketers, and so on). Applications will be accepted until October 6th.

Interestingly, with such a gigantic amount of work, the prize fund is limited to $10, $000 and $5000 for first, second and third places, respectively. Surely, at the same time, the creator automatically transfers all rights to the implementation of the concept to Samsung, which, with really good ideas, may well earn more than one tens of millions of dollars in the future thanks to this person.
