II. Official duties

III. Rights

The car dealer has the right to:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties.
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by subordinate employees.
request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of its activities and the activities of employees subordinate to it.
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties.
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding the activities of the Division.
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.
submit for consideration by the head of the proposal on the promotion of distinguished employees, the imposition of penalties on violators of production and labor discipline.
report to the manager on all identified violations and shortcomings in connection with the work performed.

Human health depends on trees 04.02.2013

A study by the US Forest Service shows that trees are closely linked to human health, and cutting down a nearby forest or park can even lead to premature death. An unusual study was carried out based on the analysis of mass destruction of forests by the emerald sawfly beetle (Podosesia fraxini). This beetle was first discovered near Detroit, Michigan in 2002. In the central and western United States, this pest has destroyed 100 million trees, providing rich material for analyzing the impact of deforestation on human health.

Scientists analyzed nearly 18 years of data from 1296 counties in 15 states and found that Americans living in areas where trees are infested with the emerald beetle are more likely to die. So, in regions where beetles have destroyed ash, there are up to 15000 additional deaths from cardiovascular disease and 6000 more deaths from respiratory disease. Thus, the disappearance of trees from streets and parks leads to death of people. The data for 1990-2007 and 2010 came from counties and was processed to account for the impact of demographic differences such as income, race, and education. "Extraneous" variables, such as income or education, had some influence on the increase in mortality, but increased mortality invariably coincided with the death of trees, and a similar phenomenon was found in regions with completely different demographic patterns.

The study clearly traces the relationship between the death of trees and increased human mortality, but it is difficult to trace a clear causal relationship. It is not yet entirely clear whether the deaths are related to deteriorating air quality, stress, or some other factor affecting the trees.
