I. General Provisions

The Deputy Director of the store belongs to the category of managers of the Enterprise.
A person with a higher specialized education and work experience in the specialty of at least __ years is appointed to the position of deputy director of the store.
Appointment to the position of deputy director of the store is made by order of the founder of the Enterprise on the proposal of the director of the Enterprise.
The store manager must know:

Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights";
the procedure for the operation of the object of trade, the regulation "On retail trade", "On accounting", "Use of electronic cash registers";
rules for preparing goods for sale;
regulatory documents, recommendations on the procedure for carrying out trading activities;
standards and specifications for goods, basic properties and quality characteristics of goods;
methods of accounting for goods and calculating the required amount of inventory in the store;
assortment, classification, characteristics and purpose of goods;
warranty periods for the use of goods and the rules for their exchange;
types of marriage and culling rules;
progressive forms and methods of customer service;
forms of accounting documents and reporting procedures;
the current pricing procedure;
labor protection legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
fire safety rules, industrial sanitation.

The Deputy Director of the store during his activities is guided by:

the Charter of the enterprise;
this Job Description;
current orders of the company's management.

The Deputy Store Manager reports directly to the Store Manager.
The absence of the deputy director of the store (business trip, vacation, illness, training, etc.) his duties are performed by a person assigned in the appropriate manner, which acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for failure to fulfill the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Deputy Store Manager:

Ensures compliance with the requirements, which are mandatory, taking into account the specialization of the store, established by state standards, sanitary, fire regulations.
Ensures the availability and maintenance of computer equipment, cash registers, currency detectors, trading inventory, and the like.
Directs running activities aimed at moving goods to the consumer at minimal cost.
Controls the rational use of material, financial and human resources.
If necessary, conducts negotiations related to the supply, orders and sale of goods.
Analyzes the results of sales and the quality of customer service, develops and implements measures related to improving the quality of the trading process.
Draws up purchase and sale agreements within the competence assigned by the director of the store.
Provides organization of inventory accounting and provides recommendations to the director of the store.
Makes decisions on the appointment, transfer and dismissal of employees of the store.
Submits proposals for the promotion of employees for consideration by the store director, chooses the best methods of working with violators of production and labor discipline.
Manages shop assistants.
Organizes work with personnel, selects and distributes employees, controls the improvement of their professional skills, organizes their training.
Ensures the fulfillment of sales plans, maintains the necessary assortment of goods in the store, orders goods agreed with the order department.
Performs other orders of the store director related to the current activities of the store..

III. Rights

The store manager has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the owner (director) of the enterprise, the director of the store, concerning the activities of the store.
Get acquainted with the documents that define his rights and duties by position, criteria for assessing the quality of the performance of official duties.
Report to the management about all identified violations and shortcomings within their competence.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.

IV. A responsibility

The Store Manager is responsible
For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current civil legislation and labor legislation of Ukraine.
