Must know:

resolutions, instructions, orders of governing bodies, methodological, regulatory and other materials relating to its activities;
rules and instructions concerning the operation of telecommunication facilities;
the procedure and methods for carrying out repair work in case of damage;
technical documentation for apparatus and equipment;
telecommunication network diagram;
main and bypass directions of communication;
fundamentals of economics, organization of production, labor and management;
fundamentals of labor legislation, the Law of Ukraine “On Communications”, the Charter on Discipline of Communications Workers, the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Protection”.

Qualification requirements:

higher professional (technical);
work experience in the professional field - at least 2 years.

II. Official duties

Ensures the implementation of shift production tasks.
Ensures the normal operation of telecommunications facilities assigned to the change.
Monitors the implementation of the technological process and the quality of operation of telecommunications equipment.
Analyzes the operation of telecommunications equipment, determines the causes of accidents and damage, and takes measures to eliminate accidents and damage.
Promptly organizes rounds and replacements.
Monitors the implementation of repair and restoration work during the elimination of accidents and damage to communications equipment, reports to management.
Maintains operational and technical documentation.
Timely prepares all types of reports on the operation of telecommunication facilities.
Provides increased technical knowledge to change personnel.
Implements advanced work practices.
Analyzes the results of production activities, changes, identifies the causes of accidents and damage to equipment and a decrease in the quality of operation of telecommunications equipment.
Participates in the development and implementation of measures that prevent damage.
Promotes the development of rationalization and invention.
Monitors employees' compliance with production and labor discipline, labor protection rules, fire safety and environmental protection.

III. Rights

The shift manager has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The shift leader is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current civil legislation and labor legislation of Ukraine.

Zectron is launching its new Zectron Electric Bike through crowdfunding platform Indiegogo.

Indiegogo will have 3 crowdfunding rounds - Super Early Bird, Early Bird and Indiegogo Special. The bike is priced at $1999, but early buyers will get it for $899.
