I. General Provisions

The main task of a day hospital nurse is to maintain cleanliness in the premises of the department.
The appointment and dismissal of a day hospital nurse is carried out by the chief physician of the clinic or hospital in accordance with the established procedure.
The day hospital nurse is directly subordinate to the head of the day hospital, and during work - to the doctor and nurses of the day hospital.

II. Official duties

Maintain the day hospital premises, inventory and equipment in proper order, carry out wet cleaning of the premises daily.
Receive clean linen for the department in the prescribed manner and return used ones.
Keep clean linen available and replace used linen in a timely manner.
Monitor hot and cold water supply, heating, lighting devices and promptly make a request to the department nurse for repair or replacement of faulty devices.
Comply with the rules of safety and labor protection in the department.
Receive detergents and cleaning equipment from the hostess.
Label cleaning equipment, ensure its safety and keep it in a designated place.

III. Rights

The day hospital nurse has the right to:

Require visitors to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises.
Make demands on the head of the day hospital to create the necessary conditions for the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The Day Hospital Nurse is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
