I. General Provisions

The territory cleaner is hired and released from the work performed by the order of the director (manager) of the enterprise.
The territory cleaner reports directly to the head of the economic department.
In his work, the territory cleaner is guided by:

current legislation;
regulation on the economic department;
this Job Description.

Qualification requirements: an employee with secondary general education or incomplete secondary education can be accepted for the position of a cleaner of territories without presenting requirements for work experience.
The area cleaner must know:

sanitary rules for the maintenance of streets;
safety rules during cleaning work.

II. Official duties

Territory cleaner:

Sweeps the carriageway of roads and sidewalks of streets, cleans them from snow and ice, sprinkles with sand.
Digs and cleans ditches and drains.
Clears snow and ice from fire wells for free access to them.
Watering pavements, sidewalks; green spaces, flower beds and lawns.
Periodically rinses and disinfects street ballot boxes, cleans them of debris.
Supervises the sanitary condition, maintenance of the territory.

III. Rights

The area cleaner has the right to:

report to the head of the economic department on all identified shortcomings within their competence;
make proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description.

IV. A responsibility

The area cleaner is responsible for:

quality and timeliness of fulfillment of the duties assigned to him by this Job Description;
compliance with the internal labor regulations of the enterprise;
compliance with instructions on labor protection, fire safety and industrial sanitation.

Scientists from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) have developed a polymer that can change color depending on the force of impact.
