I. General Provisions

Statistician belongs to the category of technical performers.
A person who has a secondary vocational education without requirements for work experience or a secondary (complete) general education and work experience in the specialty of at least 1 year is appointed to the position of statistician.
Appointment to the position of statistician and dismissal from it is made by order of the director of the enterprise on the recommendation of the head of the statistics service.
The statistician must know:

resolutions, orders, orders, instructions, other governing and regulatory documents relating to the organization of statistical accounting;
fundamentals of economic statistics;
methods of technical and economic analysis of performance indicators of an enterprise and its divisions;
forms of primary documents on statistical accounting and reporting, regulations and instructions for filling them out;
bases of the organization of labor and production;
rules for the operation of technical means;
labor legislation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

The statistician reports directly to the head of the statistics service.
During the absence of a statistician (illness, vacation, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of the enterprise. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Statistician:

Performs work on the preparation of periodic statistical reporting and one-time reports of the enterprise according to the forms and within the time limits established by the official bodies.
Systematically, based on primary documents, as well as summaries and reports submitted by divisions of the enterprise, it accumulates data on the implementation of planned tasks, information containing various qualitative characteristics of personnel, technological equipment, transport, etc.
Checks the correctness of the received data and their comparability for individual divisions with data for previous periods.
Systematizes and processes digital data (groups them, calculates results, calculates relative indicators, etc.).
Takes part in the analysis of production and economic and financial activities of the enterprise.
Prepares various certificates based on statistical data.
Takes the necessary measures to use modern technical means in work.
Performs one-time official assignments of the head of the statistics service.

III. Rights

The statistician has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.
On issues within his competence, submit proposals for improving the activities of the enterprise for consideration by the head of the statistics service.
Request personally or on behalf of the head of the statistics service from departments of the enterprise information and documents necessary to fulfill his official duties.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The statistician is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.

The oil circulating in the lubrication system of an engine, compressor or other unit becomes contaminated over time with metal and rubber particles formed during friction, as well as foreign dust. Therefore, the oil must be changed or cleaned periodically. Until now, it was cleaned on filters or centrifuges.

The American company "Isopur Fluid Technologies" has proposed a new method. The oil is divided into two equal portions; one of them is passed over a negatively charged plate, the other flows down the same positively charged electrode. Dirt particles are charged accordingly. Then both portions are mixed, and oppositely charged particles are mutually attracted, forming rather large lumps that are easy to remove.

The new technology allows you to clean the oil during the operation of the unit. Even particles smaller than 0,1 micrometer passing through any filter are removed.
