I. General Provisions

The production designer of the club establishment reports directly to _______.

stage technique and rules for its operation;
advanced experience of professional and amateur theater in the design of performances and the use of stage technology;

Qualification requirements: higher professional (technical); for a specialist - no requirements for work experience; bachelor - advanced training and work experience in the profession for at least 3 years.

II. Official duties

Based on the study of scenario materials, he develops the decorative and artistic design of the exhibition.
Creates sketches and layouts of scenery, costumes, make-up, furniture, props according to the director's general creative intent, as well as sketches of advertisements, posters, programs, invitations.
Develops working and constructive drawings of scenery and other design details.
Solves the issues of lighting design of the performance.
Organizes and controls the implementation of all design work, their compliance with drawings, descriptions.
Conducts editing rehearsals, corrects design work.
Supervises technical staff during dress rehearsals and performances.
Determines the need for materials for the design of performances and stage equipment, draws up applications for them.
Provides installation of scenery at the hospital, as well as on the road.

III. Rights

The art director of the club has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

IV. A responsibility

The production designer of the club institution is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
