I. General Provisions

The taxi driver belongs to the category of technical executors, is hired and dismissed by order of the head of the enterprise.
A person who has a primary vocational education, without presenting requirements for work experience, or a secondary (complete) general education without presenting requirements for work experience, is appointed to the position of a taxi driver.
The taxi driver reports directly to the chief accountant, accountant.
In its activities, the taxi driver is guided by:

labor regulations;
orders and orders of the head of the enterprise (direct supervisor);
this Job Description.

Taxi driver must know:

forms of primary documents (orders, material receipt orders, requirements, invoices, etc.) and the procedure for filling them out;
procedure for performing calculations;
basics of labor organization;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection;

During the absence of a taxi driver (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the general director of the enterprise. This person acquires the appropriate rights and is responsible for the high-quality and timely performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

The taxi driver must:

Perform taxation of primary documents (piecework orders, material receipt orders, requirements, commodity-transport, waybills) and calculate the totals for each type of document.
Maintain time sheets and work orders.
Carry out individual official assignments of your immediate supervisor.

III. Rights

The taxi driver has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The taxi driver is responsible for:

For failure to perform (improper performance) of their official duties provided for by this Job Description, within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - in the form of a loss for the organization due to incorrect taxation of the cost of services rendered in the consignor's bill of lading.
