I. General Provisions

The manager of the economy of the enterprise belongs to the category of managers.
Appointment to the position of manager of an enterprise's economy and dismissal from it are made by order of the chairman of the board in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
The head of the enterprise's economy reports directly to the deputy chairman of the board.
The business manager must know:

perspective of the development of the industry and enterprise.
reporting procedure.

A person who has:

complete or higher education in the relevant field;
at least 3 years of professional experience.

II. Official duties

Organizes the provision of the enterprise with all the material resources necessary for its production activities (semi-finished products, tools, household equipment, etc.).
Supervises the material and technical condition of office and production premises.
Coordinates work to eliminate current breakdowns and shortcomings that impede the operation of the enterprise.
Develops and implements methods for convenient operation of the enterprise’s territory (office, warehouse, production, adjacent areas.).
Reports weekly for the work done to the management of the enterprise.
Manages the development of long-term plans for material and technical support of production based on determining the needs of departments for material resources, drawing up material balances and requests for material resources allocated according to the plan.
Participates in coordinating terms and concluding supply contracts for logistics of the enterprise.
Ensures the full implementation of allocated funds and support plans in accordance with the established quantity, quality and completeness.
Performs work related to the preparation of claims against suppliers in case of violation of contractual obligations.
Coordinates with suppliers changes in the terms of contracts.
Heads the work on resource conservation, technical and economic analysis in the field of logistics.
Manages the development of standards for demand and production (warehouse) reserves of material resources.
Organizes operational accounting of supply operations and rewrites material resources.

III. Rights

The business manager has the right to:

get acquainted with draft decisions of the enterprise management concerning the activities of the department.
submit proposals for improvement of the activities of the enterprise (department) for consideration by the management of the enterprise.
within the limits of their competence, sign and endorse documents, interact with the heads of all structural divisions of the enterprise.

IV. A responsibility

The business manager is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation on labor of Ukraine.
