II. Official duties

The biomass separator performs the following duties:

Conducting the technological process of separation, washing and thickening of the yeast suspension of fodder or baker's yeast on separators with a capacity of 35 or more cubic meters / hour.
It distributes the number of separators, pumps, which are included in the work according to the separation stages and loads on them.
Determines the number and diameter of mouthpieces in separator drums according to the table and sets them.
Regulates the amount of post-separation mash to be withdrawn by means of the separator pressure device.
Prevents in the process of separation excess loss of yeast (skips from the mash) and excessive pricing.
Serves measuring instruments, automation equipment and other equipment that ensures the operation of high-performance separators, filters, jet pumps, devices for mechanical assembly and disassembly of separators.

III. Rights

The biomass separator has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to the performance of his duties.
Make suggestions for improving the work related to the provisions of this instruction.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor about all those identified in the course of his activities, and make proposals for their elimination.
Require the management of the enterprise to assist in the performance of their duties.

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties, as well as for non-use or directly to their rights provided for by this Job Description - to the extent determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
