I. General Provisions

The baker of bakery products belongs to the category of specialists.
A person with secondary vocational education or secondary general education and special training according to the established program is appointed to the position of a baker of bakery products.
Appointment to the position of a baker of bakery products and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the head (owner) of the enterprise.
In his practical activities, the baker of bakery products is guided by this Job Description, the orders of the head (owner) of the enterprise and is directly subordinate to _______.
The baker must know:

the purpose of equipment and devices used in practical work, and the procedure for their maintenance;
material consumption rates and the recipe of bakery products;
technology of production of bakery products;
rules of sanitation and personal hygiene;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and regulations of labor protection fire protection.

During the absence of the baker of bakery products (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a duly appointed person.

II. Official duties

The bakery clerk is responsible for the following:

Makes a recipe for bakery products.
Carries out the selection of raw materials for bakery products.
Carries out the molding of bakery products.
Provides baked goods.
Strictly observes the rules of sanitation and personal hygiene; undergoes a medical examination in due time for the timely detection of diseases incompatible with the performance of the duties of a baker of bakery products.

III. Rights

The bakery baker has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the head (owner) of the enterprise relating to his activities.
Make proposals for improving the activities of the enterprise and improving the quality of products.
Require the head (owner) of the enterprise to assist in the performance of his duties.

IV. A responsibility

The baker is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
