I. General Provisions

An accountant of the Quality Control Department is hired and dismissed by order of the director of the enterprise.
A person who meets the following qualification requirements is appointed to the position of accountant:

secondary vocational (economic) education without requirements for work experience, or primary vocational education, special training according to an established program;
At least 3 years of work experience in accounting and control;
possession of a personal computer and other organizational equipment used in LLC _______;
Ability to work on a computer (WORD, EXCEL programs).

An accountant of the Quality Control Department is appointed and dismissed from his position by order of the director of LLC _______ on the recommendation of the head of the Quality Control Department.
The accountant of the Quality Control Department should know:

resolutions, orders, orders, other governing and regulatory documents of government bodies relating to the organization of accounting and reporting;
forms and methods of accounting in the organization;
plan and correspondence of accounts;
organization of document flow in accounting areas;
the procedure for documenting and reflecting economic assets and their movement in the accounting system;
methods of economic analysis of the economic and financial activities of an organization and divisions;
rules for the operation of computer technology;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor and management;
legislation on labor and labor protection;
rules of internal labor regulations;
rules and norms of labor protection, safety measures, industrial sanitation and fire protection.

In his activities, the accountant of the Quality Control Department is guided by:

legislative acts, resolutions, orders, orders;
regulatory documents on the work performed;
methodological materials related to relevant issues;
internal labor regulations;
orders and instructions of the director of the enterprise, head of the Quality Control Department, chief accountant;
forms and methods of accounting established at the enterprise;
regulation on the accounting policy of the enterprise;
regulation on the Quality Control Department;

The material accounting accountant reports directly to the head of the Quality Control Department.
During the absence of an accountant (vacation, illness, etc.), his duties are performed by a person appointed by order of the director of LLC _______ on the recommendation of the head of the Quality Control Department, who acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the proper performance of the duties assigned to him.

II. Official duties

Accountant of the Quality Control Department:

Daily checks the balances of inventory items according to accounting registers.
Checks the accuracy and reliability of the issuance of invoices for the receipt and consumption of components from the enterprise's warehouses.
Carries out documentation and reflection in accounting registers of the receipt (departure) of fixed assets, low-value items and furniture received by the Quality Control Department, their movement from department to department, gratuitous transfer, sale or liquidation.
Reflects business transactions on the assigned area in the accounting accounts.
Maintains the appropriate analytical accounting register, as well as other forms of reporting in the established form and submits them to the chief accountant within the time limits approved by the accounting order.
Participates in the development and implementation of progressive forms and methods of accounting based on the use of modern computer technology.
Participates in the inventory of inventory items.
Within the limits of his competence, he informs his immediate supervisor about all shortcomings identified in the course of his activities and makes proposals for their elimination.
Prepares data on the relevant area for reporting, monitors the safety of accounting documents, draws them up in accordance with the established procedure.
Performs work on the formation, maintenance and storage of a database of accounting information, makes changes to reference and regulatory information when processing data.
Carries out official assignments of his immediate supervisor.

III. Rights

The accountant of the Quality Control Department has the right to:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise relating to its activities.
Submit proposals for improvement of the work related to the responsibilities provided for in this instruction for consideration by the management.
Receive information and documents necessary to perform your job duties.
Require management to provide assistance in the performance of their duties and rights.

IV. A responsibility

The accountant of the Quality Control Department is responsible for:

For failure to perform or improper performance of their official duties as provided for in this Job Description - within the limits provided for by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal, civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For unreliable accounting, distortions, additions in the submitted reports - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For the disclosure of confidential data relating to the activities of the enterprise.
