I. General Provisions

The watchman is hired and released from work by order of the director.
In his work, the watchman is guided by:

this Job Description and the employment contract;
current legislation;
orders and instructions of the director;
internal regulations;
rules of labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation.

In his work, the watchman reports directly to the director, and in his absence to the person replacing him;
The watchman bears full financial responsibility for the inventory items entrusted to him.

II. Official duties

The caretaker must:

To be at work strictly according to the established schedule of the administration;
To take inventory items under the protection of bartenders, comparing the number of drinks not stored in the refrigerator with the list provided to him by the bartenders. (When the watchman turns in the shift, the new shift of bartenders recalculates the number of drinks and compares with the amount handed over the day before);

In an emergency, open sealed doors, while compiling a memo;
At the end of the duty, he hands over the inventory items entrusted to him to the bartenders;
Turn off the machines under the numbers indicated on the cover of the shield located in the kitchen;
When using dishes and electrical appliances belonging to the cinema for personal needs, put them away after use;
Ensure that the chain closing the passage to the foyer from the main entrance is in place;
On all incidents on duty - report to the administration of the cinema in writing (a memo addressed to the director, indicating the exact time, date, place and circumstances of the incident);
Carry out other instructions of the administration that do not distract from the performance of direct duties.

III. The watchman is forbidden

Leave the workplace without the permission of the immediate supervisor;
Smoking in unauthorized places and drinking alcohol throughout the shopping center;
Connect any heating devices, boilers or other devices without the consent of the cinema administration;
Move furniture out of the lobby.

IV. Rights

In order to perform his duties, the watchman has the right to:

make suggestions to the director on improving their work;
report to the management about all the shortcomings in the work of the cinema.

V. Responsibility

For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of his duties, the caretaker is liable in accordance with the current legislation and the current contract of employment.
When causing material damage to the cinema, the watchman bears full financial responsibility in the amount of the damage caused.
For the disclosure of confidential information and information constituting a trade secret, the watchman may be held administratively liable, up to and including dismissal.
