I. General Provisions

The controller belongs to the professional category.
An employee with higher education and work experience of at least 2 years is appointed to the position of controller.
Appointment to a position and dismissal from it is carried out by order of the director of the enterprise in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine.
The controller needs to know:

normative-legal and legislative acts of Ukraine, guidance and methodological materials relating to the issues of logistics and marketing of products;
qualitative characteristics and basic properties of goods;
methods of accounting for inventory items;
organization of warehousing and marketing of products;
nomenclature and range of products manufactured by the enterprise;
fundamentals of economics, organization of labor and management;
terms of delivery, storage and transportation of inventory items;
the procedure for developing plans for logistics and concluding business contracts;
the procedure for conducting an inventory and compiling the established documentation;
rules of internal labor regulations;
norms and requirements for labor protection, fire safety and industrial sanitation.

II. Official duties

Controller:

Carries out control of loading and unloading operations carried out by loaders of the train for retail and wholesale customers.
Monitors compliance with the requirements for the preservation of the presentation of the loaded goods, Accounting for the log of claims, as well as complaints from visitors.
Ensures that the employees of the warehouse comply with regulatory, guidance and methodological documents issued by the enterprise.
Controls the process of preparation, placement of goods in vehicles of customers.
Draws up inspection reports in accordance with the norms and criteria for customer service, the composition of which is determined by internal documents, orders of the enterprise.
Controls the quality, timeliness, performance of warehouse employees of their duties.
Participates in inventory control in the warehouse.
Carries out operational accounting of the receipt and sale of inventory items, controls the timeliness of the shipment of goods under contracts for staging, returnable packaging.
Prepares statements of claims and other documentation of inventory accounting.
Participates in the inventory of inventory items.

III. Rights

The controller has the right:

Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the management of the enterprise regarding its activities.
Participate in the discussion of issues related to their official duties.
Submit proposals for the improvement of the work related to the duties provided for in this instruction for consideration by your immediate supervisor.
Within the limits of his competence, inform his immediate supervisor of all shortcomings identified in the course of the performance of official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

IV. A responsibility

The controller is responsible for:

For improper performance or non-performance of their official duties provided for by this Job Description - within the limits determined by the current labor legislation of Ukraine.
For offenses committed in the course of carrying out their activities - within the limits determined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of Ukraine.
For causing material damage - within the limits determined by the current labor and civil legislation of Ukraine.
