II. Official duties

The operator of the automatic filling machine for filling dairy products into bags and film performs the following job responsibilities:

Conducting the process of filling milk, cream, fermented milk and children's dairy products into paper bags and plastic film bags.
Preparing the bag making and filling and sealing machines for operation, filling the machine with paper tape with a special coating or polymer film, installing a marking stamp, checking the level of ink in the bottle and filling it with fresh ink.
Connecting the milk line to the machine.
Receiving empty baskets, placing them on the stacking table of the machine, removing baskets filled with bags from the table of the machine onto the conveyor.
Monitoring the correct manufacture and gluing of filled bags.
Control of the milk level, temperature of the longitudinal seam heater, weight and quality of packages, correctness of putting the date on the packages.

III. Rights

The operator has the right:

give assignments to subordinate employees, tasks on a range of issues included in his functional duties;
control the fulfillment of production tasks, the timely execution of individual orders by employees subordinate to him;
to request and receive the necessary materials and documents related to the issues of their activities and activities of employees subordinate to him;
interact with other services of the enterprise on production and other issues that are part of its functional duties;
get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the Division;
propose for consideration by the manager proposals for improving the work related to the duties provided for in this Job Description;

It is a graphene film coated with other molecules, such as OH- hydroxyl groups. From such films, by laying them one on top of the other, the researchers created a layered material. It is hundreds of times thinner than a human hair, but retains graphene strength and elasticity and is easy to handle. If a metal container is covered with such a membrane, it will not let in any liquid or gas, including helium, which penetrates even through millimeter-thick glass.

The fact that the graphene membrane turned out to be permeable to water and water vapor came as a complete surprise to the researchers. The answer turned out to be tricky - it turned out that graphene oxide films are arranged in such a way that there is a free space between them, corresponding to the size of a water molecule. With other molecules, this trick does not work: at low humidity, the film shrinks, leaving no space for passage, and at normal humidity, this space is clogged with water molecules, therefore, in both cases, the membrane is impermeable.
