I. General Provisions

This Job Description defines the functional duties, rights and responsibilities of the Auditor.
The auditor is appointed to the position and dismissed from the position in accordance with the procedure established by the current labor legislation by order of the director of the enterprise.
The auditor reports directly to the director of the enterprise.
A person who has qualification requirements is appointed to the position of the Auditor. Higher professional (economic) education and additional special training, accounting work experience of at least 3 years or secondary vocational (economic) education and additional special training, accounting work experience of at least 5 years.
The auditor should know:

legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological materials relating to the production and economic activities of an enterprise, institution, organization;
market methods of management, patterns and features of economic development;
labor, financial, tax and economic legislation;
the procedure for conducting accounting and reporting;
methods for analyzing the economic and financial activities of an enterprise, institution, organization;
rules for conducting inspections and documentary audits;
money circulation, credit, pricing procedure;
conditions of taxation of legal entities and individuals;
business organization and conduct rules;
ethics of business communication;
economics, organization of production, labor and management;
procedure for registration of financial transactions and organization of document circulation;
current forms of accounting and reporting;
rules and regulations of labor protection.

II. Functional responsibilities

Auditor:

Provides accounting services related to various aspects of the business.
Conducts an analysis of the financial activities of an institution, organization, enterprise, regardless of ownership.
Carries out an audit of accounting documents and statements, evaluates their reliability, as well as internal and external control of the legality of financial transactions, their compliance with legislative and regulatory legal acts, compliance with the established taxation procedure.
Gives the necessary recommendations in order to prevent miscalculations and errors that may lead to fines and other sanctions, reduce profits and adversely affect the reputation of the enterprise, institution, organization.
Advises legal entities and individuals on issues of economic and financial activities, accounting, taxation issues, the current procedure for contesting illegally filed claims and other issues within his competence.
Participates in the consideration of insolvency (bankruptcy) claims in arbitration courts.
Monitors changes and additions in normative legal documents, takes measures to harmonize the interests of the state and clients.

III. A responsibility

The auditor is responsible for:

Failure to fulfill their functional duties.
Inaccurate information about the status of the received tasks and instructions, violation of the deadlines for their execution.
Failure to comply with orders, orders of the director of the enterprise, instructions and tasks of the head of the department.
Violation of the Internal Labor Regulations, fire safety and safety regulations established at the enterprise.

IV. Working conditions

The mode of work of the Auditor is determined in accordance with the Rules of internal labor regulations established at the enterprise.
