During the cold season, it is pleasant to remember the hot summer, the blissful hours of quiet rest in the shade of trees in the garden or at the dacha. But let’s also remember something else: what, what kind of furniture did we ever relax on “in nature”? The range of items offered by the industry is still quite limited: a chaise longue, a folding bed and a hammock. Try using them to create a “green interior” - a corner for relaxing in the fresh air! But if there had been a special “summer” set, everything would have looked completely different. But since they are not on sale, we offer the option of making such furniture on our own.

What qualities and advantages over ordinary home furniture are included in this set? The main thing is that all the items that make it up - the sofa, the armchairs, the soft stools, the chairs, and even the table - are made from the same unified parts. Another important advantage of this furniture is that it is collapsible: the main elements are fastened with bolts and wing nuts, and when disassembled, they are folded into flat packages, convenient for both transportation and storage.

During the long winter period, you can slowly prepare the parts for the entire set, and in the spring, having transported it to the dacha, assemble it by equipping a small platform and a light canopy with a polyethylene film roof.

What are these details? The option under consideration consists of plank blanks, but, of course, it can be made, say, from plywood 10-12 mm thick, chipboard - whoever has what, with the introduction of their own design additions and changes.

The entire set can be assembled from just three original parts: in the figure they are marked with the letters A, B and C. In addition, you will need D-slats and furniture hinges, as well as M5 screws and bolts with wing nuts.

The base of all items in the set is a frame. It is assembled from four parts B, and its connecting and fastening link are hinges, due to which it is easily folded. Together with it, the legs are also assembled as a whole - parts A. Screws or M5 bolts can be used as fasteners connecting the hinges, frame and legs.

Another main node of each item is a shield, again assembled from parts B; fastened together by auxiliary strips G according to the drawings. The slats are arranged in such a way that when the shield is laid on the frame, they work as "spacers", giving the necessary rigidity to the structure.

Having prepared these modules, we can start compiling a headset. For its complete design, you will still need only soft pillows, which can be sewn to your liking from upholstery or awning fabric, using foam rubber, cotton wool or just ... hay for stuffing.

Stool. We get it by "stretching" the folded frame into a square and covering it with a shield. Quick assembly and disassembly of this design is also convenient when carrying it to the site - say, in anticipation of rain. And collected - put a pillow, and the stool is ready.

Table. Of course, they can serve just a stool. But it is better to make it from two such elements. Moreover, when joining them, turn them to each other with the overhanging part of the shield for one and flush with the frame for the other or the overhanging edges for both: then the joint will turn out to be tight, without a gap on the impromptu tabletop. If the rest area is not equipped in the shade and you have to open an umbrella awning above the table, you can make a special nest for its rack in one of the shields. Such a table is also convenient because it can be set for any number of guests - just substitute the appropriate number of blocks.

Chair. It will also be based on a block of a frame with a shield. Just add a back. Part B is useful for her - a bar attached to the leg with two bolts. Sew from the same fabric as the pillows, a cape bag and put it on both bars attached to the block: you will get a soft fabric back.

Deck chair. If the bars that form the back of the chair are cut at the level of the shield, and both parts are put on a small furniture loop at the junction, we get a deviating back that turns the chair into a kind of deck chair. You can fix it in the reclined position with a restrictive cord connecting the bar to the side of the frame, or with a special bar with a hook at the end, or with a long chain.

Bed. For her, you don’t have to finish anything - just collect three stools together and add a chair to them - at the head. If such a couch is intended for an elderly, sick person or a child, it is better to compose it in such a way that the second chair is the middle block. Then the bed will have an additional, lateral, backrest.

Armchair. The module allows you to assemble a comfortable, spacious chair. First, the same operations are performed as for obtaining a chair, and then with an angle to its back, and in the same way as it, the second back is attached.

Sofa. Finally, the largest structure that can be obtained from modular blocks is an L-shaped or U-shaped sofa. For him, you will need to assemble chairs and chairs: the first will make the corners, the second - the backs.

Of course, the possibilities of the described set are not exhausted by these combinations: if desired, it will be possible to make both a double bed and a crib with railings on all sides - here everyone can show their creative imagination.

Remote speed limit in Tesla vehicles 03.07.2018

Tesla has begun distributing updates to its mobile app and on-board software for electric cars, with the updates reportedly bringing a remote speed limit feature.

The new option will become available after downloading the automotive firmware version 2018.24 or higher. On a mobile device, an application with a version of at least 3.4.1 must be used.
