Paulson and the Wyss Institute of Biological Engineering (USA) have developed an ultra-sensitive and reliable sensor that can be embedded in smart sportswear, medical devices or VR devices, the Harvard SEAS press service reports.

He was asked to make various gestures, including clenching his hand into a fist, opening or clenching his palms. The sensors detected small changes in the subject's forearm muscles through the tissue, and the machine learning algorithm was able to successfully identify these gestures.
