At air parades and exercises, pilots in their cars show a figure first performed in 1913 by the Russian pilot Nesterov, who then surprised the whole world. This complex figure began to be called "Nesterov's loop".

Make a model that clearly shows the course of the aircraft when performing this figure. Sometimes in circuses, on motorcycles or bicycles, artists also show flying upside down on a structure of the same type. The main parts of the model: base (L), two racks (B, C), spiral (C).

To make a spiral, take a piece of cardboard or thick paper 500 mm long and 40 mm wide. Bend on each side the sides 10 mm wide. Leave a 20mm wide groove in the middle. Pre-cut the folded edges after 5 mm and roll the gutter into a spiral with one turn. Set the turning diameter to 130 mm. Make the straight parts of the gutter and glue it on both sides of the spiral. A ball corresponding to the size of the chute should be launched from the very top of the model. The ball will run from one end of the chute to the other, making a loop in a spiral (C). It, as in the previous experiment with a rotating bucket, is reliably pressed against the track of the chute by the action of inertia.

The law of inertia keeps the spinning top from falling, provides stability to the bicycle, and the stability of the inclination of the axis to the plane of its orbit for the globe.

At the same time, the "Pokemon gun" should incapacitate a person as quickly as an epileptic seizure (in 3-5 minutes) and have a similar effect, that is, a complete loss of muscle control and a temporary disorder of consciousness.

The document emphasizes that the loss of working capacity of the human nervous system under the influence of an electromagnetic pulse has not been verified. However, the analysis suggests that electric field strengths of 50 to 100 kV/m are likely to be "sufficient to trigger neural activity: Thus, such a weapon can work even at a distance of hundreds of kilometers."
