In the event of drowning (or lightning strikes), proceed immediately to resuscitation of the victim: stick out the tongue, clean the mouth, remove water from the lungs (see picture), start artificial respiration.

Lay the victim on his back, tilt his head back and pull the lower jaw up so that the lower teeth are in front of the upper ones (see picture).

Take a deep breath, put your mouth tightly over the mouth (or mouth and nose) of the victim and blow air into his lungs (see picture). Watch the chest: when it rises, let the victim exhale. Repeat blowing every 2-5 seconds.

If the heartbeat is not audible, instruct the assistant to perform an indirect heart massage simultaneously with artificial respiration: the palm is placed on the heart area and vigorous shocks are made 60-70 times per minute.
