General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Persons who have passed a medical examination and have no contraindications to work in this profession (specialty), introductory instruction and instruction at the workplace are allowed to work on roll offset printing machines. In the future, at the workplace, briefings on labor protection are held at least once every 3 months. 1.2. When transferring to a new job, from temporary to permanent, from one operation to another with a change in the technological process or equipment, employees must be instructed in labor protection at the workplace. 1.3. Conducting all types of briefings must be recorded in the Briefing Log with the obligatory signatures of the person who received and conducted the briefing. 1.4. Each employee is obliged to comply with the requirements of this instruction, labor and production discipline, work and rest regime, all requirements for labor protection, safe work performance, industrial sanitation, fire safety, electrical safety. 1.5. Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas. The use of alcoholic beverages at work, as well as going to work in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, is prohibited. 1.6. When performing work, it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous affairs and conversations, and not to distract others from work. It is forbidden to sit down and lean on random objects and fences. 1.7. It is not allowed to approach operating machines, installations, machines on which other workers work, and distract them with extraneous conversations, turn on or off (except in emergency cases) equipment, transport and lifting mechanisms, work on which is not assigned, go beyond the fences of hazardous areas, in the zones of technological passages. 1.8. The employer is obliged to provide workers with overalls, safety shoes, as well as personal protective equipment in accordance with the work they perform and in accordance with applicable standards. It is forbidden to work without overalls, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment laid down in accordance with the standards. 1.9. Each employee needs:

It is forbidden to repair equipment, fix electrical equipment and the electrical network to personnel who do not have access to these works, work near unshielded current-carrying parts, touch electrical wires, general lighting fittings, open doors of electrical cabinets, fencing of knife switches, switchboards and control panels. 1.17. Do not use lubricants for washing hands. 1.18. It is forbidden to be in the production room after the end of work. 1.19. The employee is responsible in accordance with applicable law for compliance with the requirements of instructions, industrial injuries and accidents that occurred through his fault. 1.20. The control of the implementation of this instruction is assigned to the head of the department. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Put on your uniform, put it in order. 2.2. Familiarize yourself with the entries in the Journal of the technical condition of the equipment. In case of any comments, do not start work until the troubleshooting and a note in the Journal (adjuster, electrician) about the health of the equipment. 2.3. Inspect equipment and work area. Prepare the necessary devices and tools for work, check their serviceability. 2.4. Check the serviceability of the machine, including, switching off and braking devices, the presence and strength of fastening of fences, the reliability of the functioning of safety devices, interlocks, the presence of protective grounding, cleanliness and order at the workplace. Remove unnecessary items from the equipment (oil cans, rags, etc.). 2.5. Check the tightness of the UV unit, make sure that all inlet and outlet openings of the fan are closed with ventilation fittings or special protective nets and access to rotating parts is restricted. Clean the parts of the emitter from plaque, moisten the UV lamps with alcohol. It is forbidden to turn on UV lamps that have been waterlogged with alcohol, to start the IST UV unit without cleaning the parts of the emitter from plaque. 2.6. Check whether the local exhaust and general supply and exhaust ventilation systems are turned on; it should be remembered that ventilation should be turned on for 10 - 15 minutes. before starting work. 2.7. Check and adjust workplace lighting. 2.8. Immediately inform the supervisor of the noticed shortcomings and malfunctions at the workplace and do not start work until the troubleshooting and permission of the master. 3. Safety requirements during work 3.1. Perform only the work assigned by the head. 3.2. It is forbidden to allow persons who are not related to the assigned work to the workplace, to entrust the equipment to another person. 3.3. When repairing equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance, it is necessary to make an entry in the Journal of the technical condition of the equipment. Finished products should be stacked carefully, on racks (the height of the foot from the floor should not exceed 1,6 m). 3.5. Before putting the machine into operation, check whether any of the operating or maintenance personnel are in the danger zone of the machine. 3.6. Before starting the machine, give a warning signal. Starting the machine on a working stroke, printing, installing and removing printing plates, rubber, as well as all auxiliary work (cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, etc.) must be carried out with the permission of the foreman of the printers. 3.9. Wear cotton gloves when installing the die-cutting shirt. 3.10. Adjustment of knives on cutting section is carried out outside the printing machine. 3.11. Only remove and insert the inking and dampening rollers when the triggers are turned off and the safety lock is locked. 3.12. When disassembling and assembling inking and dampening devices, the necks of the rollers and cylinders must be wiped dry. 3.13. The inking and dampening rollers must be removed and installed simultaneously by two workers with coordinated efforts. 3.14. Install rollers only in special pyramids or on a special trolley with nests. 3.15. When changing the deckle, it is obligatory to “lock” the machine at your workplace with the “stop” locking button. When the printing sections of the machine are coupled, the fitting of forms, the installation of rubbers, the washing of the printing cylinders, the repair, adjustment and lubrication of individual units should be carried out simultaneously at only one workplace and always with the machine turned off, locked with the stop button. The use of the "push" button during these works is allowed only to the person carrying out the work. After each push, lock the machine with the stop button. Only the one who forbade the start of the machine has the right to lift the ban. 3.20. When processing forms, use swabs made of cotton wool or rags without dangling ends. 3.21. When passing paper, give clear commands "stop", "forward", taking all precautions to prevent the capture of fingers and overalls by rollers, corrugated rolling pins, rubber rollers, etc. 3.22. In case of elimination of paper jam in the wiring circuit, all operations must be carried out with the "stop" button closed. 3.23. Disable screened roller rotation when guiding paper through the flexo unit. 3.24. Turn off the electric drive of the roller star only after the roll is well fixed in the star with cones. 3.25. When rolling the roll from the conveyor trolley, stand at the end of the roll. 3.26. Make sure all rotating parts have stopped. 3.31. Remove cores with paper residues weighing more than 30 kg only with two people using special stands. 3.32. Keep the workplace clean, remove foreign objects in a timely manner and wipe spilled paints, oil, etc. from the floor. 4. Safety requirements in emergency situations 4.1. In case of fire, immediately turn off the equipment, turn off the power supply, with the exception of the lighting network. Report the fire to everyone working in the room and proceed to extinguish the fire with the available fire extinguishing equipment. 4.2. If voltage (sensation of current) is detected on the metal parts of the equipment, the electric motor hums while working, the ground wire is broken, immediately turn off the equipment, report to the foreman about the malfunction of the electrical equipment and do not start work without his instructions. 4.3. Disconnect the equipment from the mains, stop working and notify the workshop administration in case of a malfunction of the equipment, safety, protective, blocking, signaling devices, material ingress into the UV dryer, as well as if there is a smell of burning and smoke in electrical equipment, if foreign objects or bad fixing the printing form, inking and dampening apparatus. 4.4. In the event of a power outage and vibration or excessive noise, turn off the equipment. 4.5. In case of injury, it is necessary first of all to free the victim from the traumatic factor, call for medical assistance, provide first aid to the victim, notify the work manager and save the traumatic situation until the causes of the incident are investigated. 5. Safety requirements at the end of work 5.1. Stop the equipment, turn off the general introductory switch, clean and tidy the workplace, make an entry in the Journal of the technical condition of the equipment. 5.2.
