Safe Operation

1. General requirements for labor protection

1.1. Employees of the organization, familiarized with this instruction against signature, are allowed to work with the gas burner set.

1.1. Perform only work assigned by the site manager. When performing work, be attentive, do not be distracted and not distract others.

1.2. Do not work on faulty equipment. Do not repair or modify the equipment yourself.

1.3. Do not store or use substances contained in containers without labeling indicating the name of the substances. Storage of fuels and lubricants is allowed in a sealed container in a specially designated place.

1.7. The tester must:

1.5.1 Strictly follow all safety rules;

1.5.3. Use for testing only serviceable equipment;

1.5.4. Keep the workplace clean.

2. Labor protection requirements before starting work

2.1. Prepare fire extinguishing means (fire extinguisher, sand, asbestos cloth), check the date of examination of the fire extinguisher, serviceability by external inspection, its ease of removal from the cradle.

2.2. Check the illumination of the workplace.

2.3. Tidy up overalls, put on a tight-fitting headgear.

2.4. Prepare the necessary equipment for testing, inspect the workplace, remove all unnecessary.

2.5. The workplace may only be equipped with non-combustible materials.

3. Labor protection requirements during work

3.1. Use the assembly diagram for testing given in the TO "_______" passport.

3.2. Connect the hose coming from the compressor to the tank fitting with the designation "BX".

3.3. Do not use leaded gasoline.

3.4. Do not leave your workplace without the permission of the site manager.

3.5. Follow the rules for working with flammable liquids:

3.5.1. Do not place the tank and burner near heat sources.

3.5.2. Avoid direct sunlight.

3.5.3. During operation, do not touch the heated part of the burner head.

3.5.4. If a leak is detected in the tank or connecting hoses, it is forbidden to work with the tank until the malfunctions are eliminated.

3.5.5. It is forbidden to operate the tank with air compressors, the working pressure of which is more than 1 kgf/cm2.

4. Labor protection requirements in emergency situations

4.1. In the event of a fire, it is necessary to stop work, de-energize the equipment.

4.2. Notify the area manager. and do not start work until the problem is fixed.

4.3. Use special means for extinguishing (fire extinguisher, sand, asbestos cloth).

4.4. In case of fire, do not use water near sources of electric current.

4.5. In case of poisoning by combustion products, remove the victim to fresh air, consult a doctor.

4.6. Do not start work until the problem is corrected.

5. Labor protection requirements at the end of work

5.1. Switch off and disconnect the equipment.

5.2. Tidy up the workplace, carefully close the containers with gasoline, put all the fixtures and equipment in a certain place on the rack.

5.3. Put away overalls and personal protective equipment in the place provided for this.

5.4. Wash face and hands thoroughly.
