General requirements for labor protection 1.1. Conducting all types of briefings must be recorded in the Briefing Log with the obligatory signatures of the person who received and conducted the briefing. 1.4. Each employee is obliged to comply with the requirements of this instruction, labor and production discipline, work and rest regime, all requirements for labor protection, safe work performance, industrial sanitation, fire safety, electrical safety. 1.5. Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas. The use of alcoholic beverages at work, as well as going to work in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication, is prohibited. 1.6. When performing work, it is necessary to be attentive, not to be distracted by extraneous affairs and conversations, and not to distract others from work. It is forbidden to sit down and lean on random objects and fences. 1.7. It is forbidden to approach operating machines, installations, machines on which other workers work, and distract them with extraneous conversations, turn on or off (except in emergency cases) equipment, transport and lifting mechanisms, work on which is not assigned, go beyond the fences of hazardous areas, in zones of technological passages. 1.8. The employer is obliged to provide workers with overalls, safety shoes, as well as personal protective equipment in accordance with the work they perform and in accordance with applicable standards. It is forbidden to repair equipment, fix electrical equipment and the electrical network to personnel who do not have access to these works, work near unshielded current-carrying parts, touch electrical wires, general lighting fittings, open doors of electrical cabinets, fencing of knife switches, switchboards and control panels. 1.17. Do not use lubricants for washing hands. 1.18. It is forbidden to be in the production room after the end of work. 1.19. The employee is responsible in accordance with applicable law for compliance with the requirements of instructions, industrial injuries and accidents that occurred through his fault. 1.20. The control of the implementation of this instruction is assigned to the head of the department. 2. Safety requirements before starting work 2.1. Put on overalls, fasten it with all buttons. Chromium solutions that have fallen on the body must be washed off immediately with a plentiful stream of water. 3.10. Make sure that the pipelines for the solution are securely fastened and that the lids of the processing and pickling baths are tightly closed. 3.11. Work on the development and etching should be carried out using personal protective equipment. 3.12. Before developing and etching, make sure that the local exhaust ventilation is working efficiently, that the pumping system and mortar pipelines are in good condition. 3.13. Before loading the plate into the pickling machine, put on rubber gloves, having previously lubricated your hands with a protective cream (paste). 3.14. Monitor the proper functioning of the blocking in the pickling machine and the tightness of the connections of the acid lines.
