The administration of the enterprise (workshop) is obliged to create conditions at the workplace that meet the rules for labor protection, provide workers with protective equipment and organize their study of this Instruction on labor protection. Each enterprise must develop and communicate to all personnel safe routes through the territory of the enterprise to the place of work and evacuation plans in case of fire and emergency. 1.4. It is forbidden to work with faulty devices, tools and protective equipment. 2.11. To avoid electric shock, do not step on or touch broken, hanging wires. 2.12. Failure to comply with the requirements of the Instruction on labor protection for a worker is considered as a violation of production discipline. For violation of the requirements of the instructions, the worker is liable in accordance with applicable law. 2.13. The workplace must be put in order, remove all foreign objects that interfere with the work. 3.3. Carry the tool to the workplace on the fish elevator only in a special bag or box. It is forbidden to carry the tool in your pockets or in your hands when climbing the stairs to the crane or entering the winch room of the container. 3.4. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the serviceability of the blacksmith's tool:

Labor protection requirements during work 4.1. In order to avoid tightening of clothing, it is forbidden to descend into the hatch of the winch fish elevator during the movement of the incentive grid. 4.2. It is forbidden to be on the rails of the trolley when driving the trolley off the incentive grid. Before giving a command to move the trolley, the driver must warn the personnel in the trolley operation room. 4.3. The dimensions of the wrenches used in the process of work must correspond to the dimensions of the faces of the tightened elements. Extension of wrenches with additional levers, second wrenches or pipes is prohibited. When working with wrenches, avoid breaking the wrench. 4.4. Spilled oil products must be immediately cleaned up and the place where they were spilled must be wiped dry or covered with sand. 4.5. When pouring water on the control keys, they should be operated with dielectric gloves. 4.6. Cleaning, repair and inspection of the fish elevator in operation and its parts (mechanical and electrical) must be carried out after it has been stopped and the power supply has been turned off by an electrician. It is forbidden to repair the fish elevator until it has completely stopped. 4.7. The fish elevator operator is prohibited from:

Before the end of the shift, the driver must clean the service area. 5.2. All tools, devices and protective equipment should be put in order and placed in cabinets and racks. 5.3. Inform the shifter of all available comments and malfunctions of the equipment and report on the delivery of the shift to his higher duty personnel. 5.4.
